. We had a good feeling about Lewis even without hardly any film of him to evaluate before the event, and he proved our hunch to be correct. Lewis has quality size for a sophomore receiver and was able to use his frame to his advantage throughout the camp. He also had quality testing numbers in tough weather conditions and confirmed the athletic traits we believed he was going to have when we were previewing the Combine.
Lewis was another quality route runner with the speed to create separation in the open field and the size to extend over smaller DBs. Jefferson has a strong 2026 WR corps that should be fun to watch the next two seasons and could develop into one of the state’s best groups.

may be poised for a breakout performance this upcoming season and a standout at the combine this Saturday. The first trait he has working for him is his size at 6’2 170 and a track background that will translate to the football field. We don’t have much film of him to truly evaluate right now and will get a better idea of his ability after the combine and over the next two years, but Lewis has the size and raw athleticism to develop into a quality receiver prospect in time. He boasts a self-listed 4.63 40 time that we’ll be able to confirm at the combine during the testing portion, and if we’re able to do so, his ceiling will immediately rise. That’ll be one of the questions we want him to answer at the camp as well as where he’s at as a football player and receiver right now given the lack of film available to this point.
