[player_tooltip player_id='1265525' first='Carter' last='Temple'] | Kearney

There's a change at the top heading into the fall, and the Number One spot belongs to the North Dakota State commit out of Kearney. Temple has verified measurables at 6030 212, now reported at 220+, and was First Team All State, Class 4A OPOY, and a 3-time state champion wrestler. Last fall, Temple led his program to a 14-0 record and State Championship. He is a legitimate dual threat player that was efficient and productive through the air with 70% completion and 18 TD, and dangerous on the ground with over 1100 yards rushing and 22 scores. This future Bison is highly competitive and gritty in his on-field demeanor.

[player_tooltip player_id='1130992' first='Jonathan' last='Moore'] | Lutheran North

Only a handful of senior quarterback prospects in the State of Missouri are committed at this point, and there is lots of room for moving and shaking between now and State Championship Weekend. Jono is going into his third year as varsity starter, and looking to conjur up the magic from two seasons ago where he was given All State honors as a sophomore after leading his program to a State Championship with 41 TD through the air and another 7 on the ground. Moore has offers from Kent State, Oklahoma, Sacramento State and Austin Peay. He shows flashes of ability that would remind observers of various historically productive college and now NFL quarterbacks with similar size, athleticism and playmaking ability with his arms and legs.

Who's New?

[player_tooltip player_id='2145093' first='Brennan' last='Smith'] | Liberty North

Smith is the top ranked debutant in this version of the Rankings Reboot, and had a great summer on the combine and 7v7 circuits. At an estimated size based on verified measurables from 2025 at 5110 175, Smith is obviously undersized but his arm makes a lot of noise. The ball travels with a flick, his motion is violent, his delivery is full of juice. Smith is an aggressive football player that makes plays through the air and on the ground. He's attracted NAIA level offers and is currently committed to Dakota State.

[player_tooltip player_id='2225360' first='Wyeth' last='Dorsey'] | Hannibal

Dorsey is another undersized signal caller with production through the air and on the ground to the tune of 20 passing TDs and 10 rushing TDs and over 900 yards rushing. Where Dorsey is unique is his ability to make an impact on both sides of the ball at the prep level. Many of his 56 tackles, 2 picks, 3 TFLs and PBU are featured in a separate highlight on the defensive side of the ball. Dorsey runs the show for a quality program, has solid testing numbers, and is one to earmark for a potential rise this senior year.

Who Made Moves?

Festus' [player_tooltip player_id='1194678' first='Parker' last='Perry'] has several honors next to his name based off his near 3000-yard, 38-touchdown year from 2025 and a run to the Class 4A Final Four, and is the highest graded quarterback that made a rise up the charts this offseason. Perry has a quality quarterback specific skill set in the way he stays poised in the pocket and calm under pressure, the silence of his mechanics, the placement of the ball, and the arm talent to create plays. He has Division II and lower level offers, with higher potential.

Look out for Moberly, Menneke and Rasmussen to splash this fall as they take over their programs after putting flashes on display either on film or throughout the camp, combine and 7v7 circuit this offseason. These three appear to have the mechanical ability to lead their programs to greatness, and will be specific prospects to watch develop and perform from week to week.

Donnelly, Chupp and Washick have the ability to build upon what took place last fall with the numbers and film. Watch to see if this group can further elevate and attract even more interest.
