He has also shown a great feel for pressure, escaping the pocket when necessary while keeping his eyes down the field to make throws on the run. Derek has also shown the ability to make plays with his legs, running the ball 76 times for 220 yards and two touchdowns as a junior. Chupp is a player who college coaches should be paying close attention to heading into his final season.

He showed a strong arm which he used to lead his receivers down the field in the deep passing game. Derek also showed the ability to escape pressure while keeping his eyes down the field to make throws on the run. Chupp doesn’t currently hold any offers but he should be a player to keep a close eye on over the next two seasons.
