is a player who caught my attention when breaking down junior year film. Doherty lines up at right guard where he is very effective in the run game. He has proven to be reliable when asked to pull, showing the ability to get out in front of the ball carrier and pick up blocks in the open field. Once he’s locked in on his man, Doherty does a great job of running his feet through contact to drive them down the field. Ty is a player who I expect to be on the radar of college coaches heading into his senior year.
