Before anyone gets too caught up in where they are ranked or what grade they currently have, remember what these rankings actually are. This is a snapshot. None of you have played your junior or senior seasons yet. None of you have gone through thrree more offseasons in the weight room, with position coaches, speed training, or simply growing into your body.

That is why I constantly say these rankings are tentative. They are always moving. Every camp, every game, every new batch of film, every offseason can change how I feel about a prospect. Some of the players below are already knocking on the door of a higher grade, while others just need more tape before I feel comfortable making that jump. Don't get too caught up in the number next to your name, keep your head down and keep working.

I may have left [player_tooltip player_id='1715082' first='Dominic' last='Harriott'] a little lower than he ultimately belongs. Right now I see him as a lower Division II prospect, but there is a realistic path toward becoming a priority recruit for several Division II programs if the development continues. The biggest separator will be proving he can consistently create explosive plays against stronger competition while showing more burst through the second level and value in the passing game as both a receiver and pass protector. Running backs who stay on the field for all three downs naturally become more attractive college evaluations. If those pieces continue coming together, I would have no problem pushing him higher than No. 316 in the next update. This is one I could absolutely see myself being too low on.

[player_tooltip player_id='2232509' first='Kevin' last='Francis'] is one of the players I found myself thinking about after finalizing the rankings. I still believe his long term ceiling sits at the Division III level, but there is room for him to become a priority target within that recruiting tier. The next step is showing more patience as a runner, consistently trusting his blocks, and maximizing the yards available instead of searching for the home run every carry. Backs who consistently stay ahead of the chains become much more attractive college evaluations than those who rely solely on explosive plays. If that part of his game continues developing, I could easily see him outperforming his current placement of No. 449 overall.

I genuinely believe [player_tooltip player_id='1680311' first='Brennan' last='Farnsworth'] is one of the players I left too low in this update. He currently sits with a possible FCS grade, but I would not be surprised if he firmly establishes himself as an FCS recruit over the next year. The biggest separator will be proving he can consistently process plays before they develop, trigger downhill without hesitation, and remain effective in space against the pass. Linebackers who can play all three downs without becoming a liability in coverage are always in demand at that level. If those pieces continue showing up on tape, I expect his ranking to climb well beyond No. 186 overall.

The next step is consistently taking on and shedding blocks, proving he can stack and disengage against bigger offensive linemen, and finishing plays closer to the line of scrimmage.
[player_tooltip player_id='2232515' first='Hunter' last='Pulford'] is another player I believe I left too low in this update. The athletic ability gives him a chance to climb, but the biggest key moving forward is finding a true position and owning it. Whether that ends up being on offense or defense, college coaches will want to see him refine the technical side of one role instead of relying strictly on athleticism. Players who establish a clear positional identity tend to see their recruitment accelerate quickly. If he locks into the right spot and continues developing there, I could see him becoming a priority Division III recruit with an outside chance to work his way into the Division II conversation. His current ranking of No. 438 overall has room to improve.

Judah Hardy is another prospect I believe deserves a higher look than where I currently have him ranked. Right now I see a lower Division III projection, but there is a realistic path toward becoming a priority Division III recruit with an opportunity to work into the Division II conversation. The biggest separator will be proving he can embrace a true hybrid role by showing he can cover in space, trigger downhill against the run, and comfortably match up with multiple offensive personnel groupings. Defensive players who give coaches flexibility without sacrificing consistency become much more valuable at the college level.
[player_tooltip player_id='2232512' first='Asher' last='Green'] is one of the more interesting evaluations in this update. I currently see him as a Division III hopeful, but there is a path toward becoming a priority recruit at that level despite not having the ideal size colleges typically look for. The biggest key will be continuing to prove he can impact the game in multiple roles, whether that is carrying the football, catching passes out of the backfield, contributing on special teams, or lining up in different spots within the offense. College coaches are always looking for players who create roster flexibility, especially when they consistently produce with the ball in their hands. If he continues expanding that versatility, I could see him outperforming his current ranking of No. 461 overall.

The size may ultimately cap the overall projection, but I still see legitimate Division One potential with an opportunity to firmly establish himself as an FCS caliber recruit. The biggest key will be continuing to prove he can create explosive plays against higher level competition while consistently making the first defender miss and maximizing every touch. Smaller backs have to win with efficiency, vision, and game changing production because they rarely receive the benefit of the doubt. If he continues checking those boxes, I would expect his current ranking of No. 220 overall to look much too conservative over time.

The next step is putting together a larger body of consistent tape that shows he can win with more than just physical ability by stacking pass rush moves, playing with disciplined pad level, and finishing plays against quality offensive linemen. Defensive linemen separate themselves when they consistently disrupt games instead of flashing it in spurts. The biggest step is continuing to develop as an in line blocker while proving he can create mismatches down the seam, win contested catches, and become a dependable target in traffic. Position switches often accelerate recruiting when a prospect's physical tools better match another role. If he continues trending in that direction, I could see him outperforming his current ranking of No. 403 overall.

The margin between becoming an average Division III recruit and a priority target at that level can be surprisingly small, and [player_tooltip player_id='2232524' first='Jerry' last='Rogers'] has an opportunity to close it. I would like to see him become a more physical runner between the tackles, consistently finishing through contact instead of allowing defenders to end plays on first contact.
The next step for [player_tooltip player_id='2161638' first='Logan' last='Smith'] is proving he can become the type of safety who erases mistakes instead of simply cleaning them up. I already saw enough to hand out an FCS potential grade, but I think there is another level available if he continues improving his range from the middle of the field, trusts his eyes, and consistently arrives at the catch point with bad intentions. Safeties who can both eliminate explosive plays and create turnovers quickly become valuable recruiting targets. Looking back on the board, this is one evaluation I wish I had been a little more aggressive with.
The biggest question surrounding [player_tooltip player_id='2064012' first='Colin' last='Smith'] is not whether he has college ability, but how much higher the ceiling really goes once there is more quality film available. The next step is putting together a larger sample against quality offensive tackles while showing he can consistently win with technique, counter moves, and leverage instead of relying on one way to get home. Edge defenders who repeatedly affect the quarterback against good competition are the ones who separate themselves during the recruiting process. This is one evaluation I probably should have been more aggressive on, but I want a deeper body of work before fully buying into that higher projection.

Quarterback is the most competitive position in recruiting, which makes every detail of the evaluation matter. [player_tooltip player_id='1649820' first='Jack' last='Garrett'] already has enough ability to enter the Division III conversation, but separating himself from the large group of capable quarterbacks is the next challenge. Consistently throwing with anticipation, creating explosive plays without sacrificing decision making, and proving he can elevate the offense in big moments would go a long way toward becoming a priority Division III recruit. That is a much different conversation than simply being recruitable. I have questioned whether I left him a little too low, but another season of strong quarterback play will make that answer much clearer.

I already view him as a solid mid Division II prospect, and if he continues proving he can impact games on both sides of the ball while consistently playing bigger than his frame, a priority Division II projection is well within reach. This is one evaluation I have questioned since finalizing the board because there may be more football here than I originally credited.

[player_tooltip player_id='2232532' first='Henry' last='Phelan'] is one of the easier evaluations for me to revisit after stepping back from the completed board. I already believe he carries a strong mid Division II projection, but there is enough upside here to eventually enter the Division One discussion if the development continues. The biggest separator will be proving he can consistently handle higher caliber defensive linemen with his feet, maintain leverage through extended reps, and show he can win just as often in pass protection as he does in the run game. Offensive linemen who become dependable in every situation naturally climb recruiting boards, and I think there is another level available in his game. Looking back, this is one player I should have trusted more, and I would not be surprised if he works his way into my top 30 offensive linemen before his high school career is finished.

Trevor Picciotto is more projection than certainty at this stage, and that is exactly why I keep coming back to his evaluation. I currently have him in the lower Division III range, but I would not be surprised if he forces a completely different conversation over the next season and develops into a priority Division III recruit with Division II upside. What I need answered is whether he can carry a larger workload, consistently produce against stronger competition, and prove the flashes translate over a full body of work. There simply is not enough film for me to confidently make that jump today, but there is enough talent to believe it is coming. This feels like one of those evaluations that could look very different once the sample size catches up with the potential.

[player_tooltip player_id='2232543' first='Michael' last='Leahy'] already checks a lot of boxes that translate well to college football, which is why I keep wondering if there is another level to this evaluation. I feel confident projecting him as a high end Division II offensive lineman today, but reaching the FCS conversation will likely come down to continued physical development and proving he can carry the additional size without sacrificing his footwork or flexibility. College coaches rarely question linemen who consistently anchor against power while still showing enough athleticism to mirror in pass protection. There is enough ability here to believe that jump is realistic, even if I am not completely ready to make it today. This is one of those evaluations that could age very well with another offseason in the weight room and another season of quality tape.

I already see a lower Division II prospect, but there is a realistic path toward becoming a high end Division II recruit if he continues refining the technical side of whichever position ultimately becomes his full time home. Whether it is offensive or defensive line, I want to see him consistently dominate quality competition with leverage, hand placement, and play strength instead of simply winning with effort. Finding a permanent position should allow his development to accelerate and give college coaches a much clearer projection.
[player_tooltip player_id='2232537' first='Jack' last='Arndt']'s evaluation comes down to whether he can separate himself from a very crowded quarterback group. I already believe he has high Division III ability, but the path into the Division II conversation starts with consistently throwing on time, showing command when the pocket breaks down, and proving he can elevate the players around him instead of simply operating the offense. Quarterbacks who consistently create answers when the play is no longer on schedule are the ones that earn a second look from college coaches. There is enough ability here to make me question whether I left him a little too low.
Interior defensive linemen earn scholarships by making life difficult long before they record a tackle, and that is where [player_tooltip player_id='2232542' first='John' last='Zurick'] can raise his stock. I already see a high Division III player, but consistently commanding double teams, resetting the line of scrimmage, and forcing offenses to account for him every snap would quickly push this evaluation into the Division II category. The stat sheet rarely tells the full story for players at this position, but coaches notice the ones who disrupt an offense's entire game plan. Looking back, this is one evaluation that may have deserved a little more conviction than I initially gave it, and No. 378 overall could end up looking too low.

[player_tooltip player_id='2149996' first='Liam' last='Ward'] has already shown enough for me to feel very confident in a high end Division II projection, but I think the ceiling extends beyond that. What will determine whether he reaches the FCS or even Division One conversation is proving he can consistently handle speed and length off the edge while maintaining the same physical presence late in games that he shows early. Offensive linemen who combine finishing mentality with dependable pass protection become much easier evaluations for higher level programs. The more I compare him against others at the position, the more convinced I am that I undersold this one. I would not be surprised if he ultimately finishes much higher than No. 261 overall and works his way into the upper tier of offensive linemen in this class.

I currently see a lower Division III ceiling, but there is a clear path toward becoming a priority recruit at that level if he continues playing faster by diagnosing blocking schemes earlier and attacking downhill without hesitation. Linebackers who consistently beat offensive linemen to the spot often play faster than they test, and that trait carries real value in college football. This is one evaluation I have gone back and questioned because I think there is still another step available in his game. At 6 foot 3 and around 202 pounds, he looks like the type of edge defender that can make a significant jump once the body matures and the tape catches up, and I trust the coaching staff to maximize those tools. This is not an evaluation built on production today, it is built on projection for tomorrow. Those are the details that separate talented quarterbacks from quarterbacks who receive multiple FCS offers. Players who force opponents to adjust game plans naturally become priority recruits instead of simply solid additions.
