Henry Phelan Henry Phelan 6'4" | 246 lbs | OL Pennridge | 2028 State PA is one of the easier evaluations for me to revisit after stepping back from the completed board. I already believe he carries a strong mid Division II projection, but there is enough upside here to eventually enter the Division One discussion if the development continues. The biggest separator will be proving he can consistently handle higher caliber defensive linemen with his feet, maintain leverage through extended reps, and show he can win just as often in pass protection as he does in the run game. Offensive linemen who become dependable in every situation naturally climb recruiting boards, and I think there is another level available in his game. Looking back, this is one player I should have trusted more, and I would not be surprised if he works his way into my top 30 offensive linemen before his high school career is finished.
