At 6'3, 215 pounds with a 4.0 GPA, Beyah remains unoffered despite ranking ahead of many linebackers already holding Division One offers. I still view him as a potential Power Four caliber linebacker regardless of where his recruitment currently stands. Roman Catholic prospects often require patience, and I believe Beyah fits that trend. He has not been overly active on social media, but I have little doubt he continues putting in the work behind the scenes. This is one of the evaluations I am willing to stand behind. Recruiting will need to pick up for him to maintain this ranking, but I believe it eventually will. We will find out over the next year whether this projection proves correct.

49. At 6'3, 280 pounds with a 3.1 GPA, Roberts recently earned his first FBS offer from Delaware and also visited Temple on June 12. I expected his recruitment to heat up sooner, but this first offer feels like the beginning rather than the finish. Buffalo, Temple, and several MAC programs all make sense as future destinations on his offer sheet. Roberts has the ability to finish as the top defensive lineman in Pennsylvania's 2028 class if everything comes together. His body continues developing the way it should. A jump into the Top 25 remains well within reach if recruiting continues trending upward.

48. At 6'6, 285 pounds with a 4.14 GPA, he now owns offers from Pitt, Virginia Tech, Buffalo, Miami of Ohio, and Kent State. I originally viewed Maurizio as more of a Group of Five offensive lineman, but the Power Four attention has changed that conversation. In all honesty, I believe No. 48 undersells where he belongs today. The recruiting world has pushed his evaluation higher than even I originally projected. Expect his ranking to receive another adjustment in the near future. Maurizio continues proving that his recruitment deserves to be mentioned alongside the best offensive linemen in the class.

47. At 6'5, 290 pounds with a 4.0 GPA, Bossart already holds offers from Akron and Bethany while also visiting Robert Morris and IUP earlier this month. Looking back, I clearly did not spend enough time evaluating Norwin because this is a player who belongs in the conversation. Recruiting has already started moving, and I believe there is much more coming. Bossart will need to continue proving himself this fall to justify such a lofty debut. The tools, academics, and early recruiting all point in the right direction. If the expected recruiting snowball happens, this ranking will look justified very quickly.

46. We ranked him highly before the recruiting attention arrived, and offers from Miami of Ohio and Eastern Michigan have since validated that projection. At 6'4, 230 pounds with a 3.8 GPA, Cirincione continues to establish himself among the better tight ends in Pennsylvania's 2028 class. I believe he finishes his high school career as one of the state's premier players at the position. There is also enough versatility for programs to at least consider him elsewhere if they choose. This is another evaluation that has aged well. Cirincione still has plenty of room to elevate his recruiting profile over the next two years.

45. At 6'2, 180 pounds, the Simon Gratz standout already owns offers from Akron and Delaware State. I have no issue calling him a Top 5 defensive back in the state at this stage. His long term ceiling and floor remain fluid because the recruiting picture is still developing. Personally, I believe Power Four programs should be evaluating him as either a corner or safety. I will get plenty of opportunities to see him this fall, which should provide even more clarity. Lacourt still has every chance to climb these rankings if recruiting continues moving forward.

44. [player_tooltip player_id='445959' first='Jackson' last='Mickens']

[player_tooltip player_id='445959' first='Jackson' last='Mickens'] slides into the No. 44 spot after seeing recruiting momentum cool slightly, but that movement says nothing about the player. He recently picked up offers from Incarnate Word and Middle Tennessee State, showing that Division One programs continue to believe in the projection. At 6'0, 205 pounds with a 3.75 GPA, Mickens remains one of the stronger overall athletes in this class. I still view him as a player with a Top 25 ceiling and a Top 50 floor. It would take a significant recruiting slowdown for him to fall much lower than this. Uniontown Area has another Division One caliber prospect on its hands. I fully expect Mickens to remain one of the more highly regarded players in Pennsylvania's 2028 class.

43. [player_tooltip player_id='987815' first='King' last='Salley']

[player_tooltip player_id='2172958' first='Shane' last='Salley'] is one of the biggest risers in the entire rankings, jumping from No. 98 out of 200 prospects to No. 43 overall. Now at Simon Gratz, the 6'1, 210 pound quarterback already holds an offer from Syracuse and continues building momentum after dominating the summer camp circuit. Salley was also the top quarterback at our most recent PRZ Spring Showcase, further reinforcing the evaluation. He currently sits just behind [player_tooltip player_id='1265746' first='James' last='Armstrong'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1040324' first='Owen' last='Herrick'] among Pennsylvania's quarterbacks. Coaches have mixed opinions on his long term projection, making him one of the more polarizing prospects in the class. This ranking reflects how strongly I believe in his upside. While No. 43 could prove to be his ceiling, Salley has certainly earned his place in this range.

42. [player_tooltip player_id='1644512' first='Dante' last='Evans']

[player_tooltip player_id='1644512' first='Dante' last='Evans'] was previously sitting just outside the Top 10 and now lands at No. 42 while remaining one of the premier defensive prospects in Pennsylvania's 2028 class. At 6'4, 235 pounds with a 4.0 GPA, Evans already owns offers from Youngstown State, Miami of Ohio, Kent State, and Akron while also recently visiting Michigan State. I still view him as a Power Four caliber edge rusher and an FBS caliber tight end. The recruiting profile already supports a high ranking, but I believe there is still another level available. Big Ten and ACC programs should remain firmly in the conversation. If recruiting continues to build, expect Evans to climb once again. The ceiling has not changed despite the movement in ranking.

41. Jerome Larue

Jerome Larue enters at No. 41 after announcing his commitment to Maryland on April 9, giving him one of the strongest recruiting profiles in the class. Since then, he has also picked up additional offers from UAB and Toledo while continuing to improve his overall physique. Larue has become one of the more debated prospects in recruiting circles, but I believe in the projection. Right now he sits somewhere between a strong Group of Five back and a legitimate Power Four running back. Another dominant season at Central York could push that conversation firmly toward the latter. His commitment does not change the fact that there is still room to grow as a prospect. Larue has positioned himself as one of the more intriguing backs to follow over the next two seasons.
