Page finished third in one of the state's toughest conferences, with its only conference losses coming to Dudley by just four points and eventual state champion Grimsley. While the Pirates graduated a significant portion of their offensive production, they return one of the area's strongest Class of 2028 groups. If he continues to see increased opportunities, a 15-plus touchdown season is well within reach. Despite splitting carries, Johnson rushed for nearly 400 yards and scored four touchdowns, showcasing his explosiveness every time he touched the ball. With an expanded role in the offense, expect Johnson to see a significant jump in production and emerge as one of the area's top playmakers in the backfield. While he contributes on both sides of the ball, his biggest impact comes on defense. As a sophomore, Poole stuffed the stat sheet with 73 tackles and three interceptions, consistently making plays all over the field. He also chipped in offensively, scoring a couple of touchdowns and showcasing the versatility that makes him one of the area's most dynamic young prospects. Touted as an elite talent since his middle school days, Malloy has continued to develop into one of the state's top defensive playmakers. Now entering his junior season, his frame has filled out and perfectly complements his advanced skill set. With his instincts, athleticism, and polished technique, Malloy has all the tools to make a major impact this fall and continue attracting college attention. While we have him ranked as a defensive back—and he has the ability to make plays there—his biggest impact this season will likely come on offense and special teams. A true track-speed athlete, Lavette is a home-run threat every time he touches the football. Whether it's on a catch, a run, or in the return game, he has the speed to score from anywhere on the field.     [player_tooltip player_id='1952275' first='Preston' last='Burnette'] is an emerging edge prospect in the Class of 2028 and is poised for a breakout season. After recording four sacks as a sophomore, Burnette showed flashes of the pass-rushing ability that makes him one of the more intriguing young defenders in the area. With another offseason of development, expect his production to double—or even triple—as he becomes a disruptive force off the edge for Page.     Wyatt Wade-Harty is one of the top linebacker prospects in the area for the Class of 2028. Averaging seven tackles per game last season, he consistently showed his ability to make plays all over the field. A true sideline-to-sideline defender, Wade-Harty plays with outstanding range, speed, and instincts. His fast-flowing style allows him to quickly diagnose plays and arrive at the football, making him one of the rising defensive stars to watch this season.
