He is tall, long, lanky, with natural arm talent and athleticism. A true dual threat who can separate in space with long strides. He can get out of the pocket and make plays on the move. He has a long, natural delivery and can tap into several different trajectories. He flashes brilliant touch down the field at times and gives his receivers a chance. Would like to see him play more efficiently as a senior, but I still like the flashes from his tape.

Eubanks is a stout, strong player with a well-rounded skillset. He is a tough runner who is quick in the short areas and will drop his shoulder to move the pile. He is a solid arm talent, and it actually looks like he gets more life on the ball when he is on the move. Eubanks is a playmaker and has some gunslinger in him. A fun player, I am excited to track going forward.

Really intrigued with [player_tooltip player_id='1938974' first='Kain' last='Mincey'] and his upside. He is tall, lanky, and has a lot of space to add weight. Everything is long right now, but he gets easy life on the ball and can move it up and down. Consistently makes good touch throws down the field on tape. Really intrigued with this guy as he fills out and his mechanics tighten up. D1 upside is certainly present here.

Clepper is an underrated QB out of west GA that impresses me with his feel for the game. He is a good athlete and has solid arm strength, but it's his quick release and timing that impresses me. He is well-developed into his frame and can sniff each level of the field. Looks like a gamer, would love to see how he operates up close in a full game setting.

This might be cheating, because I think Cobb can play a few different spots at the next level. He is equipped well enough as a passer, but really it's his legs that set him apart. He is a true game-changer in space. He is quick in the short areas, has the top gear to separate, but he is also scrappy and strains the most out of each runs. He flips around and plays DB as well. Cobb is more of a pure athlete, but I think he has D1 tools and would be a heist if he lands somewhere lower than that level.

Names to Track

Peoples is a tick below some QBs in the state recruiting status wise, but he is one big offseason away from changing that. Peoples is a three sport athlete, including a baseball background. The ball rifles out of his hand, and he makes it look easy. His delivery is explosive and quick. He is still filling out as well, so physical upside is present. I have long been a big fan of Peoples and he is in good shape to make a jump headed into his senior season.

I've long been a huge fan of [player_tooltip player_id='1698136' first='Ryan' last='Harrigan'] and am expecting this to be a big offseason for him. The traits speak for themself. He is tall, lean, and gets plenty of life on the ball. He has a whippy delivery and can drive the ball into tight windows. Impressive arm talent. The traits are one thing, but he was efficient as well, finishing with 31 total TDs against just 1 INT. If any QB takes a jump firmly onto P4 radars this offseason, it will be Harrigan.

Carter is another big, strong armed QB prospect with physical upside and the bulk of his recruitment ahead of him. He is a loose athlete who can escape pressure and skip around the pocket. He has a long delivery and can boom the ball when he has time to load up and fire. Flashes the ability to mix up touch and trajectory, but I think this kid can really rip the drive throws when given a clean platform to throw off of. He will get better as he fills out. Really like this kid and think he has clear FBS tools.

Schlieman exploded this year and ended up as one of the most prolific passers in Georgia. I saw him in spring 2025 before his junior season, and it's clear to see why he performed so well when you see him up close. He is a stout, explosive player who can effortlessly drive the ball. He puts a lot of horsepower on his throws. Schlieman is still waiting for his break on the trail, and after the year he had, I am expecting him to get some traction this offseason as coaches roll in.

Like other guys on this list, this will be a big offseason for Tisdale. His traits and performance the last few years have been enough to put him on the radar. Tisdale has always been a playmaker with his legs, so much so that he has even picked up buzz as an athlete. However, as a junior, he was super honed in as a passer and has improved each year. His mechanics are quick, efficient, and he can attack each level with touch and velocity. This is another guy with FBS tools and the traits that somebody will surely have to take a chance on.

2027 QB Rankings (As of 1/9/2026)
