I mean, an absolute dawg of a performance. He was excellent in every area, but he was extremely talented with his deep ball. I believe he will be better when it comes to the throw on the run aspect, as he looked great in these types of drills at the event. He caught my eye, and was one of the first players I made a note on. Musser will become a better passer when he is in pads and begins to take more reps as a quarterback ahead of the next season.

The Athens-area quarterback is fresh off a terrific junior season for the Wolverines where he threw for over 2,000 yards and 25 touchdowns. The impressive 6-foot-2 195-pounder also made plays with his legs, running for 516 more yards and seven touchdowns. Ranked as the No. 6 QB prospect in Georgia, Musser earned a new offer this week from Iowa State. Look for the Bogart native to be towards the top of the state’s passing list in 2026. He’ll also hope to lead Prince Avenue to a possible state=championship run as well in his final season.

Musser has the ability to throw from the pocket, outside of the pocket and he can extend plays well. Musser is an extremely mature quarterback who knows what the defense is about to do and he is a leader by example simply how he plays the game on the gridiron. Musser is one of the best 2027s in Georgia and he’s going to have a monster season next year too!

Can be more than just a chain mover, you can design around him in the run game. Loose, explosive hips that allow him to cut across his body without losing much velo on the run or off-platform. In fact, he is most accurate on the move and ripping across his body. Has the arm strength to threaten each level of the field. Spins the ball well. (-) Struggles to anticipate and often forces throws further down the field. Developing as a marksman within the pocket.

Power Statement: Raw as a processor, but possesses elite athletic traits and is a dynamic playmaker. Equipped with speed, explosiveness, and toughness as a runner. Plenty of talent in the arm to build off of. Has two years to reel in physical traits and become a well-rounded QB prospect. Running ability adds another element to his game. Reminds me of Haynes King.

Musser is a quarterback that I believe is for sure a guy who translates very well in the near future at the next level. He’s a very smart quarterback who has a strong IQ and makes good decisions on the gridiron. He has a very good arm and makes accurate throws to get the plays they want to have a successful operating offense. Musser is an exceptional quarterback and is one who’s going to have a huge season.
