Jerry Beard is going to be one of the better running backs in the state of Georgia this season, as he has been Mr consistent for multiple seasons. He is the star of the Prince Avenue Christian High School program, and he is a top target for plenty of the top schools in the SEC and other surrounding conferences. He has yet to announce his commitment, and has also yet to announce his commitment date, which is worth noting. He will be one that any school will be pleased to get.

It was a breakout performance for Jerry Beard against West Forsyth. Beard is considered one of the best 2027 prospects in the state, and he backed it up against a higher-classification team. He is exceptionally explosive, instantly breaking through upfront and finding green grass. He runs with a low center of gravity, shrugging off tacklers and pushing through arm tackles. He was hardly touched in the backfield and if given an opening, he has the burst to take advantage. Beard reeled in a few receptions as well, a part of his game that seems to go under the radar. At this rate, Beard should have an extremely productive sophomore season and further solidify himself as a blue-chipper.
