A big-play quarterback who can stretch the field vertically, Harrigan has a chance to play at the Power Four level after earning several D1 offers this winter. As a junior in 2025, Harrigan threw for over 2,350 yards and 28 touchdowns. He’s smart, has impressive physical tools, and shows mobility in the pocket. He’s a weapon on the run, but he’s lethal with his arm. This rising senior is now ranked by Prep Redzone as the No. 7 QB prospect in Georgia for the 2027 class.
