Hines came out to the “Who’s Next” Exposure Camp in Atlanta and really put on display why he is one of the best linebackers in all of the 2030 class regardless of state. Hines showcased a large amount of IQ and all-around style of play during Saturday’s camp activities. Hines earned himself a top performer and if you were there, you know why!

He is a guy who can do a lot. He’s a very valuable player to follow out of the middle school ranks going into the high school ranks. He’s going to be a special player!

is a hard hitting, fast playing and high IQ linebacker that is one of the best defensive players in all of the 2030 class, not just Georgia. Hines is the real deal and has a nose for the linebacker position being able to stop the run, defend the pass and pass rush if need be. Philip Hines is one of my favorite linebackers in the 2030 class in Georgia. He has great tackling ability and brings power with his hits. He has quickness and is great sideline to sideline making tackles. One big thing that stands out about him along with his ability is his in-game IQ! He’s a dude on the gridiron and will be a state-wide household name!
