Our final senior rankings dropped this week with an expanded list to 500 prospects, so with those now out to the public, it's time to break them down. Here we start with the offense. It's a talented senior offensive crop this year that saw this side of the ball get better after further development throughout the 2025 season.

Quarterbacks

- We didn't make many changes at all with our quarterbacks. There might have been a few changes with their slot inside the rankings but the same guys remained at the top. Currently enrolled at Vanderbilt, [player_tooltip player_id='402548' first='Jared' last='Curtis'] is the state's top quarterback from the 2026 class and the best prospect overall. He was clearly the top guy from this year's in-state crop and someone that could become a starter with Vanderbilt during his freshman season.

Sitting behind Curtis is Baylor School and Louisville signee, [player_tooltip player_id='222957' first='Briggs' last='Cherry']. This 6 '4 pocket passer took another step with his game last season and showed why he has a chance to be special during his time with the Cardinals. Ravenwood senior [player_tooltip player_id='402540' first='Femi' last='Babalola'] stayed 3rd among the quarterbacks but did fall to 29th overall after a solid but not spectacular senior year.

The biggest riser among the quarterbacks is [player_tooltip player_id='914547' first='Kaedyn' last='Marable'], who jumped from from the 100's all the way to 4th with quarterbacks and 49th overall. This BGA signal caller had one of the best individual seasons of all-time for his Wildcats program and the state of Tennessee. Signing with Columbia, Marable has a chance to develop into a player of the year candidate during his time in the Ivy League.

MBA senior [player_tooltip player_id='688833' first='Hugh' last='Price'] closes out the top five but did see his ranking fall to 59th overall. The Big Red pocket passer yet again missed time due to injuries and his health history played a role in his drop. Upside is still there as Price has some of the best passing mechanics within the 2026 quarterback class.

Rounding out the top five is [player_tooltip player_id='480742' first='Kelvin' last='Perkins'] (61st), [player_tooltip player_id='1254853' first='Bronzden' last='Chaffin'] (62nd), [player_tooltip player_id='1153810' first='Taylor' last='Hasselbeck'] (72nd), [player_tooltip player_id='964976' first='Kannon' last='Burroughs'] (101st) and [player_tooltip player_id='1577633' first='Lane' last='Clement'] (130th) out of Science Hill. It was tough to choose between Perkins and Chaffin for the 6th spot but the Memphis area prospect won due to his passing abilities being a little further along right now.

Signed with Wyoming, Hasselbeck is a cerebral signal caller that brings high football IQ, clean mechanics and improved arm strength to the playing field. Burroughs is an intriguing talent that you will see spinning the ball with UT-Martin next year. He has a big arm while being one of the better dual threat guys in this class. Someone could be getting a steal with Clement. Sporting great size with a live arm, the Hilltoppers senior has all the passing tools to excel on the collegiate gridiron.

Running Backs

- Finding our top ranked in-state running back for the 2026 class wasn't easy but in the end, we felt that [player_tooltip player_id='1431775' first='Christopher' last='Talley'] was the top guy. An explosive runner with breakaway speed, Talley is a well balanced ball carrier that displayed better power this Fall to go along with his natural athletic abilities. This Memphis area runner will be at West Virginia next season and he will be joined by our 2nd ranked Volunteer State running back in [player_tooltip player_id='1669050' first='Lawrence' last='Autry'].

Playing his senior year at Collierville, Autry made a good impression last season where his physicality and power proved to be hard to stop. This guy is a deceptive athlete that has enough speed to get into the open field. The Mountaineers have a nice combo from Memphis headed to the “Mountains” that compliment each other in Talley and Autry.

Taking the 3rd spot among the running backs is [player_tooltip player_id='806042' first='Jayzon' last='Thompson'] and the Mavs ball carrier was nearly close to taking that second position. Playing his senior year with Anderson County, Thompson put forth his best season yet, earning region MVP and displaying why his best football days could be ahead of him. After the top three, the running back position takes a small dip. Thompson is ranked 43rd overall and the next guy behind him is [player_tooltip player_id='1335216' first='Rawls' last='Patterson'], ranked 71st. The Lions ball carrier is a well balanced guy that has done nothing but produce at a high level during his time at CPA and he remains available.

Even though [player_tooltip player_id='971296' first='Keith' last='Johnson'] has had to miss a lot of games over the past two years due to injuries, the Eagles senior has still shown enough talent and upside to be ranked 5th among the running backs. This Tennessee St. commit is explosive and fast with the ball in his hands, presenting big play abilities. If Johnson can get right with his health, the Tigers could be getting a starter and a steal.

The rest of the top ten consists of [player_tooltip player_id='402534' first='David' last='Green'] (76th overall), [player_tooltip player_id='1238919' first='T.J.' last='Ward'] (79th), [player_tooltip player_id='829107' first='Marcelles' last='Davis'] (108th), [player_tooltip player_id='1562203' first='Jaydon' last='Peete'] (131st) and [player_tooltip player_id='1600242' first='Marquis' last='Gardner'] (132nd) from Chatt. Prep. Three of those guys above in Green (Army), Davis (Kennesaw St.) and Peete (UT-Martin) are signed and off the table. Ward and Gardner remain available.

A few under the radar guys to know about inside our Tennessee Top 500, who could be steals for whoever signs them are [player_tooltip player_id='491463' first='Aiden' last='Perry'] (151st), [player_tooltip player_id='1134336' first='JaMychal' last='Buckner'] (152nd), [player_tooltip player_id='1687175' first='Kavious' last='Record'] (158th), [player_tooltip player_id='1432194' first='Josiah' last='Claybrooks'] (181st) and [player_tooltip player_id='1116799' first='Chaz' last='Martin'] (238th) from Wilson Central. The NAIA level and Lindsey Wilson got a future stud with Cornersville senior [player_tooltip player_id='1133241' first='Hunter' last='Uland'] (232nd overall).

- - - - -

Wide Receivers

- Early on in the process, the wide receiver position looked solid but not too deep, however that changed as we marched through the 2025 football season. This position ended the scouting cycle placing 16 total receivers inside our Top 100, led by the top ranked guy in [player_tooltip player_id='284149' first='Tyreek' last='King']. Placed 3rd overall, the Fighting Irish wideout is possibly the most dangerous offensive weapon from the TN2026 class that will be playing on Saturday's at Tennessee next season.

Joining King inside the top ten overall recruits is McCallie senior [player_tooltip player_id='986024' first='Keeyshawn' last='Tabuteau']. The Blue Tornado wideout and Wisconsin signee comes in ranked 9th overall after a stellar senior year that saw Tabuteau continue his big play abilities while also showing increased route running. Nearly making the top ten but coming in at 12th overall is CPA senior and Vanderbilt signee, [player_tooltip player_id='824736' first='Owen' last='Cabell']. The Lions 6'3 pass catcher is a true outside guy that brings track speed to the field along with outstanding upside in the red zone.

Oakland senior [player_tooltip player_id='1281472' first='Joel' last='Wyatt'] moved down a few spots to 18th overall but remained inside the top ten after his lone season with the Patriots. He was a key piece this Fall that helped lead Oakland to yet another state title. This is a naturally athletic guy that can make wow type plays on the field but will need further development before he makes an impact with Tennessee and inside the Southeastern Conference.

I'm not sure what others may think about [player_tooltip player_id='1170988' first='Cam' last='Blivens'] but I'm quite high on him and his upside down the road in college. This is a natural athlete with good size and a frame that can pack on more weight over time. Blivens (33rd overall) does a great job of getting behind defenders and shielding them off with his physical body from bothering the pass. The Mustangs senior was once committed to Columbia but is now on the open market with rumors saying he could be staying home with Vanderbilt.

Lipscomb Academy senior receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1170988' first='Cam' last='Blivens']

The top ten receivers closes out with [player_tooltip player_id='637139' first='Tray' last='Moore'] (40th), [player_tooltip player_id='1113841' first='Tre'von' last='McGory'] (41st), [player_tooltip player_id='331829' first='Will' last='Pressley'] (46th), [player_tooltip player_id='1871502' first='Sawyer' last='Boyd'] (55th) and [player_tooltip player_id='284143' first='Bryson' last='Maddox'] (56th) from Clinton, who has signed with MTSU. One of the biggest overall stock risers was Moore, who took off his senior year and established himself as a big play guy. UT-Martin is getting a big time steal with Moore and a player I could see shine on the P4 level one day.

Athletic and fast with a knack for getting open down field, McGory is a big play threat that should fit in nicely with the Western Ky high octane, passing offense. Another deep threat headed to the D1 level is Pressley, who brings a nice combo of athleticism and size to the playing field. If you want a guy who could break out into a star down the road, it's Boyd. Sporting great size with breakaway speed, Boyd is someone dripping with potential. Maddox put forth a highly productive career at Clinton and could be someone that sees the field early at MTSU, especially if he adds on weight during the off-season.

The senior receiving crop has talent beyond the top ten, which makes this position group quite deep with long standing potential. A few guys of note that could be college standouts down the road include [player_tooltip player_id='1630972' first='Cade' last='Brooks'] (60th), [player_tooltip player_id='1219648' first='Rayene' last='Chiha'] (64th), [player_tooltip player_id='966033' first='Brandon' last='Goliday'] (65th), [player_tooltip player_id='1630037' first='JaColby' last='Cooper'] (68th), [player_tooltip player_id='1103005' first='Corben' last='Reynolds'] (85th), [player_tooltip player_id='1528452' first='Joshua' last='Bolden'] (110th) and [player_tooltip player_id='964719' first='Donteze' last='Joy'] (115th), who still remains unsigned.

- - - - -

Tight Ends

- It's the most deep or talented tight end group from the 2026 class but it's still solid with a few guys sporting strong upside. The clear top prospect from this position (21st overall) is future North Carolina Tar Heel, [player_tooltip player_id='284144' first='Carson' last='Sneed']. This 6 '6 physically gifted big man had to handle a lot of blocking duties last Fall but it may pay off in the long run as the Tar Heels potential starting in-line tight end.

Green Hill flex tight end [player_tooltip player_id='856164' first='Ayden' last='Sadler'] ranks 2nd within his position but may prove to be the best overall talent down the road. The Hawks senior is a mismatch problem on the outside that can run past defenders or use his 6 '5 height to make plays over them. Dartmouth is getting an absolute steal with Sadler. This guy might have an NFL future if he continues to develop at a proper rate.

Signing in December with Western Kentucky, [player_tooltip player_id='1309335' first='Eli' last='Wilt'] is a true in-line tight end that brings upside to the field as a blocker and someone that can work the intermediate routes. Ranked 3rd among the tight ends, the Ensworth big man has great size with the willingness to get physical. If he can increase his agility and speed, it might make him a better threat down the field and in open space.

There might not be a ton of depth in this class but the tight ends do have eight guys currently committed or signed, so that's not too bad. The one guy that hasn't done either comes in next as the 4th ranked tight end. MBA senior [player_tooltip player_id='1626178' first='Jackson' last='Neumann'] developed nicely throughout his final year with the Big Red, where he displayed better athleticism and agility along with his speed into the open field. Neumann showed upside in the pass game last season but could definitely play early in college due to his outstanding blocking.

A few other tight end prospects to note inside our Top 500 are [player_tooltip player_id='1527611' first='Chase' last='Norman'] (116th), [player_tooltip player_id='813499' first='Dre' last='Walker'] (117th), [player_tooltip player_id='491438' first='Kade' last='Carroll'] (142nd), [player_tooltip player_id='1125399' first='Roman' last='Eulo'] (143rd), [player_tooltip player_id='1621991' first='Maurice' last='Smith'] (252nd) and [player_tooltip player_id='1319000' first='Jaylen' last='Stolz'] (402nd), who also stars on the basketball court. All four of Norman (ETSU), Walker (Cent. Arkansas), Carroll (SE Missouri St.) and Eulo (Austin Peay) have all signed during the early period.

- - - - -

Offensive Line

- Potentially the deepest position coming out of the TN2026 class could be the offensive line. We have over 50 O-linemen ranked inside our Tennessee Top 500, including the 2nd overall prospect in Kirkwood senior and future SEC big man, [player_tooltip player_id='944767' first='Kamari' last='Blair']. All the potential in the world sits with Blair as he sports the physical traits and athletic upside to play left tackle during his time with the Volunteers. His ability to handle the blindside is a big factor behind being ranked 2nd in the state.

Several options presented themselves for the 2nd ranked O-linemen within the TN2026 class and we felt [player_tooltip player_id='402530' first='Camden' last='Goforth'] was the top choice due to how soon he could make an impact at West Virginia. The Cherokees senior interior O-lineman has some of the best natural power in the state and he's a good athlete too. Goforth physically dominates his opponents, where that mindset fits well blocking in the Mountaineers run game.

Coming in 17th overall and 3rd among the O-linemen is Baylor senior [player_tooltip player_id='1270425' first='Gabriel' last='Osenda']. Watching a ton of film on this future Tennessee Volunteer, Osenda did a good job of developing his body and lower half agility much better to potentially play some tackle in college. I like his upside best inside at guard but I could see him handling right tackle as well.

Cookeville big man [player_tooltip player_id='866469' first='Austin' last='Hoane'] and [player_tooltip player_id='284141' first='Brody' last='Smith'] round out the top five and both are ranked back to back at 24th and 25th overall. Hoane may be the most versatile O-lineman in this class that could handle all five positions if needed. The future Cincinnati Bearcat will start his career inside where his game fits best and I could see Hoane starting for multiple years. There is a lot of upside with Smith but to get there, the Rebels tackle must continue packing on the needed weight and develop further with his physicality.

Moving several spots into the top 30, Alcoa tackle [player_tooltip player_id='1366546' first='Jacob' last='Crow'] had a consistent senior season that showed improved hand placement and mobility that could work well during his time at Texas Tech. The Tornadoes senior doesn't overwhelm you with athleticism but he's better in that department than some may think. He's a technician with a high football IQ that works hard. Crow could very well become the Red Raiders starting right tackle for many years.

The rest of the top ten consists of [player_tooltip player_id='402552' first='Jordan' last='Curll'] (35th), [player_tooltip player_id='1453995' first='Moussa' last='Seck'] (36th), [player_tooltip player_id='1104292' first='Cooper' last='Sherrod'] (39th) and [player_tooltip player_id='926104' first='Charlie' last='Edgeworth'] (42nd), who signed this December to Louisville. I may be higher on Curll than others but the film doesn't lie where you see an athletic and smooth pass blocker that moves his feet very well. Curll has to continue working on his body and adding more strength but the raw, athletic abilities are there.

Seck is one of the more explosive interior blockers we have in this class that does good work pulling and trapping while having the athletic movements to develop his pass blocking. He is still on the open market too. I think Arkansas St. got a future multi-year starter with Sherrod. He is rock solid, does everything right and competes with a nasty demeanor. Standing 6'7 300 plus pounds, Edgeworth is a space eater that showed improvement last Fall with his bend and foot speed. If he can continue working on his athleticism, Edgeworth might develop into an ACC starter.

Those ten are good but the O-line is much deeper with several prospects that have upside for bigger things in college. Some of those guys include [player_tooltip player_id='866788' first='Nate' last='Fleming'] (44th), [player_tooltip player_id='425182' first='Andre' last='Amos, Jr'] (45th), [player_tooltip player_id='1588081' first='J.B.' last='Hoehn'] (48th), [player_tooltip player_id='866783' first='Jared' last='Bafford'] (90th), [player_tooltip player_id='1136472' first='Daniel' last='Cepicky'] (91st), [player_tooltip player_id='1114738' first='Jack' last='Fuchs'] (92nd), [player_tooltip player_id='1695364' first='Sloan' last='Bass'] (93rd), [player_tooltip player_id='425163' first='Syler' last='Green'] (101st) and [player_tooltip player_id='1218538' first='Issiaga' last='Yattara'] (112th) from Knox. Catholic.

All those guys have made their future football decisions and signed college scholarships. Every one of those linemen are interior blockers except for maybe Cepicky and Yattara, though I feel like both their games fit better on the inside. Two big men that are ranked alongside the others above are [player_tooltip player_id='1218536' first='Jeremy' last='George'] (77th) and [player_tooltip player_id='1115191' first='Richard' last='Thigpen'] (98th) from Ensworth. Both are still available and both bring physicality and power to the interior offensive front.

Beyond that group sits a long list of uncommitted offensive linemen that need more time to develop but have the skill set and traits to form into college starting big men one day. Whitehaven offensive tackle [player_tooltip player_id='1367238' first='ZaColby' last='Malone'] (113th) is a long term, high upside talent that shows potential at handling the blindside in college. Versatile big man [player_tooltip player_id='1206520' first='Xavier' last='Wade'] (114th) is a multi-year starter from Baylor that could develop at either center or guard.

Future UT-Martin O-lineman [player_tooltip player_id='1592103' first='Xavier' last='Johnson'] (124th) and uncommitted Stewarts Creek senior [player_tooltip player_id='889088' first='Jordon' last='Shaw'] (125th) are two guys that could have a future playing tackle in college. Johnson is a long armed, wide radius mauler that probably fits better inside but could develop enough to play right tackle. Shaw has the height, arm length and slender build you want in a tackle but he must get bigger and stronger to remain on the outside. If tackle doesn't work out, I could see someone giving Shaw a chance at playing center.
