For the third consecutive year, Kimble is named All-WNY, All-Catholic and when the All-State team is announced, he will be a 1st team mention there as well. One thing Kimble did this year that he hadn't done prior is win the Connolly Cup; the trophy awarded to WNY's top athlete.

Clark had dominated Class B to such a degree that he transferred to a private school to face tougher competition. While he wasn't averaging 200+ yards per game like previous seasons, he was still extremely effective as he was the Red Raiders top RB. As a QB, he has a tremendous arm, excellent athleticism to make big plays and the ability to make something out of nothing. As a Safety, he is just effective with amazing awareness, a high football IQ and possibly the best ball hawking skills in WNY. Trent was a Connolly Cup finalist this season but I would say he is a favorite to win it as a senior in 2026.

Hargrove may be a sophomore but he has three years of varsity experience. After being highly touted as an 8th grader and as a freshman, Jason finally made the All-WNY team in 2025. He is one of the top DE prospects in WNY with over 200 tackles and 16 sacks in his career and those numbers get better by the year. But after he transferred to Canisius (with their crowded backfield), he switched his focus to DB where he exploded onto the MMAA league. He led the Crusaders with 110 tackles and added 4 QB sacks.

There were a lot of questions surrounding the West Seneca West football team this season; namely with a freshman QB taking over at the helm. But that did not hold the Warhawks back as freshman phenom [player_tooltip player_id='1514651' first='Mason' last='Anderson'] led WSW into the post-season with a 7-1 regular season record. The main benefactor of their offense was Quarantello, whose fantastic athleticism and steady hands led to him leading the team in receptions.

The season did not end the way they wanted it to but with Anderson and Quarantello on the same offense, it will be trouble for the Class A opponents for the next two seasons.

CLASS AA DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR

Orchard Park had a lot of turnover personnel wise this past season but they showed some promising young talent. Wright leads that charge on the defensive side of the ball. Matthew controlled the middle of the defense with good range and excellent intuition. He led the Quakers with 128 tackles as a junior.

CLASS B2 OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR

One of my favorite prospects in all of WNY, Bridenbaker is a force on both sides of the ball. He has that unique blend of speed and power. Zach can be viewed as a top RB or LB in Class B (1,700 yards from scrimmage and 18 TDs to go with a team high 70 tackles on defense). He excels at both. A three time Connolly Cup player of the week in 2025, Bridenbaker was not on the finalists list but I expect that to be a different story as a senior.
