The Fresno State commit has been leading the Ugly Eagles all season both on the ground and catching out of the backfield and has shown he is a elite ball carrier that can effect the game in multiple ways. He had another strong showing in the opening round of the NCS D2 playoffs against Windsor and piled up over 250 total yards and 2 touchdowns and was effective in-between the tackles and as a receiver out of the backfield. He has rushed for over 2,000 yards so far this year and will look to make a deep post-season push for CVC as they enter into the semi-finals this Friday night against top seeded Campolindo.

Ramirez exploded onto the scene this fall and has been one of the more explosive playmakers in the north bay and has been a big impact in all three phases of the game. He is a very physical ball carrier with elite long speed in the open field and natural ball skills/high point abilities in traffic. He has outstanding contact balance, leg drive through contact and is very tough to bring down in the open field. The senior has been on a absolute tear this season and is coming off a NCS quarter-final game where he exploded for 200+ yards and 2 touchdowns against Las Lomas in Walnut Creek.

Chaput has been in and out of the lineup this year due to injuries but has made a big impact when he is suited up for the Mustangs. He is a extremely violent and physical player with natural ball skills, downfield seperation ability and can make big plays happen after the catch. He erupted against Analy on Saturday afternoon going for 75 yards rushing, 68 yards receiving and 4 total touchdowns. Look for more of the same from the senior star as the Mustangs enter into a semi-final clash with Maria Carrillo in Petaluma on Saturday.

Jefferson is one of the elite athletes in the entire state and has been dominating Northern California competition since his freshman season for the Spartans. He has been doing plenty of damage from the backfield this year, rushing for 930 yards and 11 touchdowns, while tacking on defensive duties as well as a top corner. He remains committed to North Carolina but his commitment will be one to watch as we near the first and second national signing day here next month. The Spartans will look to be the northern California representative once the state playoff's begin and have a great shot at knocking off the top seeded team in Southern California for the open division title.

Mitchell has long been one of the top passers across the state and has been a huge reason why Riordan has seen such a rise in recent years. He is an elite deep ball passer with touch and velocity over the top and puts great zip on the ball with throw anticipation and elite pocket awareness. He has been on a tear so far in his final prep season and had another strong showing in the CCS quarter finals throwing for 385 yards and 4 touchdowns. Mitchell and Riordan will be entering into a huge CCS clash with Serra on Saturday afternoon for one of the hottest games in the state.
