On Saturday, May 10th, 2025 I was welcomed back for the third year in a row to cover Coach Nick Pennisi‘s PSR Big Camp Series hosted at Monroe High School in Monroe, New Jersey. As I have come to expect, this event was packed with participation, loaded with talent, and ran extremely well.

Different than other events, Pennisi opted to have three different check-in times, based on position groupings. This afforded me the opportunity to get a closer look at many of the prospects in attendance. Below are just some of my notes on the position group mentioned in this article's title.

This offensive line piece features 10 total prospects - 3 from Pennsylvania and 7 from New York. I first start with those from the Keystone State...

A name and prospect I have seen before, Justin Schwartz out of Conestoga was back out to get some work as he prepares for his senior season. The mammoth 6'5" 290lb prospect was much improved from what I recall. Schwartz was able to keep in front of speed rushers nicely. In a similar sense, as they tried to bend the corner, Schwartz got his hand on their hip and let them ride past the quarterback... There is something to be said about players who make adjustments, self-correct on the fly, and win the next rep - exactly the sort of thing Sebastian Summerville did. Out of Norwin, Summerville played with outstanding posture and pad level. For as great as this is, however, Summerville must continue to keep his feet moving. During one-on-ones, Summerville got snatched and lost. Immediately challenging his opponent to run it back, the 2027 graduate made an adjustment by anchoring and evened the score... Another 2027 prospect, Mason Weber out of Emmaus, showed flashes. Weber was able to effectively power down and cut off his opponent's inside rush angle with his body, yet lost the rep as he got walked back some due to pad level. Clean that up and he Weber will have an outstanding junior campaign.

Moving on to the New Yorkers... Southside's [player_tooltip player_id='1345198' first='Ryan' last='Healey'] is a prospect that showed flashes of athleticism - which screams when you consider his position. Healey had some speed to him, agility, and moved well. This alone makes him a desirable college prospect and a tough out due to simply being able to match the athleticism of defenders... There is something about offensive tackles who feel comfortable playing out in space that I appreciate and enjoy. Mount Sinai's [player_tooltip player_id='1624551' first='Wesley' last='Moody'] fits that mold. Moody had no issue horizontally kick stepping to handle speed rushers. That said, he boasted confidence in his ability to power down inside should they take the open, inside B-gap... For as quick as Moody's feet where, Christos Katrakazis' can improve. Some agility and ladder work would aid Katrakazis' ability to not be fast, which he does not have to be necessarily, but be quick. Should he have the requisite sleight of feet he will cut off angles and win his assignments... Katrakazis' Chaminade teammate [player_tooltip player_id='805814' first='Declan' last='Miller'] made the trip to Jersey too. Miller moved quickly and powerfully as he was challenged laterally, especially proving apt and securing the inside. Although he prioritized protecting the quickest path to the quarterback, Miller was beat off the edge with speed at moments.

One thing any offensive line coach will tell you is that they enjoy hearing the feet of their offensive linemen. This was the case for William Floyd's [player_tooltip player_id='1345036' first='Matthew' last='Benjamin']. Benjamin was quick to power down with strong, loud feet; and he was equally as proficient at kick sliding, maintaining balance and strength through the ground... Another prospect whose feet have upside, and plenty of time to refine that skill, is [player_tooltip player_id='939411' first='Imperial' last='Jenkins']. Out of St. Anthony's, Jenkins quick feet will aid him all season long and throughout his career... Early I spoke of the big three Canarsie High School defensive linemen, but come to find out they brought an offensive lineman to compete too. [player_tooltip player_id='1355479' first='Kylin' last='Anthony'] profiles as more of a get under-and-up-into-you type of run blocker. Anthony had a great first step when reach blocking. His footwork continued to prove solid on pulling drills, although I wish to see him gain a bit more ground on his first, open step when check pulling.
