2026 TE Stock-Risers: August Rankings Update

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>We're in the middle of a key rankings update before the start of the 2025 season and we've already looked at the players at most of the skill positions. We didn't add many new tight ends and we've actually already written about a few of those we did. Here, I'm focused more on the stock-risers. He's a perfect fit as an H-Back in Elon's unique offensive system and that is a big reason why we moved him in the rankings. A guy who can operate down the field and in between the numbers, Tobias plays more like a big slot receiver than a true in-line tight end. He's huge and very new to the position, not really yet figuring out how to work effectively down the field. He's not the biggest guy, but he's a beast in the weight room who can beat defenses over the middle or underneath. Harris' calling card is his ability after the catch, where he almost turns into a massive running back with the ball in his hands.
