He's already earned an offer from Marshall earlier this summer after a strong 7-on-7 showing and has some of the highest upside in this class as an athlete. Twigg has the size and athleticism to play a few different positions at the next level for a D1 program, but will begin his journey as a prospect in our rankings with a quarterback label. His sophomore season will give us a bigger sample size of his arm talent, as all of the other physical traits are already apparent. Twigg has future P4 ability either as a QB or ATH, depending on how his arm develops over the next three years.
