In this round of Rankings, we have a record number of prospects jumping from the Watch List to the Rankings. Over the past several months, many of the 2028 watchlisters have proven themselves enough to be on the rankings. We've got around 25 offensive players to go over, but for now, here are five of the most prominent ones.

The last time I wrote about Kellen was 11 months ago. I noted that the tape on his Twitter was unreal, and I'd be shocked if he didn't earn D1 offers soon.

Well, look where we're at now. Since my last coverage, Kellen has earned offers from Toledo, Central Michigan, Marshall, Miami (OH), Pitt, and Kent State.

Kellen's tape demonstrates his abilities quite well. He's a pure route-runner. Kellen knows how to get open, and has the hands & body control to catch difficult balls. If he's given space, Kellen has breakaway speed, but lacked the contact balance to make the most of some of his targets. Other than contact balance, Kellen is a super well-rounded receiver, and a weapon in kick return. Dude is a major bright spot for UofD!

Elam has been a superstar on the 7on7 scene this offseason. Traveling to a ton of events, Elam has successfully gotten his name out there, and it's paid off. Since March, Elam has earned offers from Southern Mississippi, Hampton, and Tennessee State.

I like Elam's versatility a whole lot. I beleive he's best utilized as a speed-in-space player, catching screens and returning kicks. Heck, he's so good an athlete, he played some Wildcat last season.

Elam has also proven himself as a deep threat and as a DB. Elam absolutely has the speed and twitchiness to get behind the defense. Plus, he's repped a ton of DB this offseason. I'm extremely excited to see how Elam is utilized at the varsity level. I feel that he'll find a ton of success.

Odin is probably my #1 most anticipated 2028 QB watch this Fall.

Last season was very up-and-down. I honestly thought Odin played pretty poorly at times last season, which is far from uncommon for a Freshman QB. In those bad moments, instead of hanging his head, Odin kept going out there, looking confident, and just looking to improve.

Throughout the past year, all Odin has done is improve. I can see obvious improvements just from his few clips on Twitter. Odin looks noticeably bigger, with noticeably better mechanics. It's just a couple of throws, but Odin's throwing motion looks so much smoother, and he uses his lower body so much more effectively. Plus, our scout Tyler Graham was very impressed with his Friday Night Lights camp performance last month.

The more I talk about Odin, the more I feel he'll continue climbing the rankings.

The offers are rolling in for [player_tooltip player_id='977482' first='Julian' last='Taylor']! Pitt, Louisville, Wisconsin, and a few others have offered.

I was also lucky enough to get a good look at him during the Wayne State Mega Camp. He's also got good tape. Ju is an above-average athlete for his position. I liked his performance during drills, and he passed the eye test with flying colors.

Ju's tape is what makes him stand out most. He's a balanced, decisive runner who doesn't go down easily. Running between the tackles, Julian is incredibly patient, allows his blocks to develop, and does an amazing job running within the structure of the play. Once he's at the second level, Ju is consistently able to evade a defender, whether that be with a sidestep, truck, or simple running through an arm tackle.

I don't know when, I don't know where, but Dom will one day have that standout performance that puts him on the map. Considering how long Dom has been at this, it's only a matter of time before he's getting Varsity snaps.

What's limited him the most up to this point is his size. Some players just take more time to hit that growth spurt and reach maximum height. It seems that Dom is in that phase right now. He looks taller, better built, and his body is finally catching up with his skill level. Dom has always had good mechancics, and he's always been able to throw the ball way further than you'd expect. When you're a smaller QB, you really have to be good at using your lower body to drive the football. Dom's got his mechancis down, and he's got above-average placement. He's earned a great ranking and I'm confident he'll eventually be a college prospect.
