Another really impressive performance out of the 2 Legacy QBs. Starting with Dom, he really elevated his game throughout the day, and playing his best ball when it mattered most.
I loved what I saw out of his processing and timing. He saw things develop in real time and was putting the ball on the money. Even on a couple of drops from his receivers, he made the right read and put the ball in a great spot. I have noted his clear football IQ in the past, and it was once again on display, all the way to the semifinals, even on a shorthanded squad. He still delivered the performance I hoped I would see out of him.

- Very competitive. Wants to win and be at his best NOW.
- Has always done a great job pushing the ball downfield.
- Used to be extremely undersized, and it forced him to develop good mechanics. That consistent throwing motion is paying off now.
- Leading an offense that overperformed in 2025. With a ton of young talent returning, it’s hard to imagine Dom not succeeding.
- A year-round grinder. Always looking to get better.

I think Dom brings a lot to the table. He’s still young and is absolutely still learning, but you can see the flashes. He’s confident in the pocket and knows exactly where he is going with the football. A couple of times I think he telegraphed it a bit too much and it cost them, but overall he understands concepts and what he should be doing. I think the mental side of the game is there for him, he just needs to deep developing physically and he will be a hot prospect in the making. I watched him get coached on the sidelines after each drive, and he seemed to take it well and apply it, which is huge.

I don’t know when, I don’t know where, but Dom will one day have that standout performance that puts him on the map. Considering how long Dom has been at this, it’s only a matter of time before he’s getting Varsity snaps.
What’s limited him the most up to this point is his size. Some players just take more time to hit that growth spurt and reach maximum height. It seems that Dom is in that phase right now. He looks taller, better built, and his body is finally catching up with his skill level. Dom has always had good mechancics, and he’s always been able to throw the ball way further than you’d expect. When you’re a smaller QB, you really have to be good at using your lower body to drive the football. Dom’s got his mechancis down, and he’s got above-average placement. He’s earned a great ranking and I’m confident he’ll eventually be a college prospect.

Last time I evaluated Dom in person, he was still quite small, and did not look like a ‘High Schooler’. Now, he’s hit that growth spurt, and his body is finally catching up with his talent.
I just wrote about Dom a week ago, and he even earned some praise during 7on7 season from other PRZ scouts across the country.
Hitting some routes on air, Dom was able to flash his throw power from short and long distances. He’s nearly on par with ranked seniors- just needs a little more time to grow. Dom’s accuracy is what impresses me the most. He was consistently hitting receivers 15+ yards downfield, and during drillwork, consistently hitting his targets in the chest. Accuracy is one of those things that’s extremely difficult to teach- Dom is excellent in this regard.
Still too early to predict college value, but again, Dom is absolutely on the right track.

Dom is one of those dudes who’s always competing. Countless camps, 7on7s, and other competition under his belt as an incoming sophomore.
Earlier this year, Dom received some praise at our Prep Redzone National 18u 7on7. For his age and size, Dom does an awesome job of pushing the ball downfield. Plus, he’s accurate. As our Ohio scout, Jared Luginbill said, Dom’s ability to push the ball downfield will only improve with age. Plus, it seems that Dom has a good understanding of coverages.
Dom won’t start on Varsity this season, but it sure seems that he’s on his way. Love the consistent work ethic. Should be ranked come next update.

I’ve seen Dom a few times in person. He’s a great young QB who has been working his tail off for quite a while. His biggest issue currently is size. Though, this past season, he made the absolute most of his opportunity. For one, he has a great arm. His tape begins with an excellent redzone fade. Dom’s second highlight shows him delivering an accurate ball with pressure crashing down on him. High-level stuff. Lastly, Dom is way ahead of the curve when it comes to IQ.
As long as Dom continues to grow (both physically and mentally), he’ll be a great KLAA QB in no time. Too early to rank or pinpoint college projection, though.
