At a glance, Recarder is the most prestigious defensive lineman in Michigan. I've said several times- Recarder has elite size, alongside high-end strength and athleticism. Recarder is simply too big and too explosive for the vast majority of high school tackles.

Recarder obviously checks a ton of boxes. He honestly looks like the easy pick for best D-Lineman in Michigan. I will not argue that Recarder has the highest ceiling, which is a factor in the rankings.

Skill-wise, Recarder is still a little raw. About half the time, Recarder makes a move, it works, and gosh does it look good. The other half, Recarder's initial move fails, and he struggles to recover. Looking for better counters and better recovery after the initial move fails.
Being real- Recarder will very maintain his #1 EDGE/DL spot.

Someone who's been on our rankings for quite a while.

Issa is a confident, energetic player. Every time I've seen Issa in the offseason, he's been a steady performer, and he honestly consistently outplays his highlight tape. Has D1 size alongside D1 athletic ability and seems to have a D1 work ethic.

He's also a two-way player, which is a little more uncommon than you'd expect. Issa will absolutely retain his top-5 position in the EDGE/DL rankings, with some #1 consideration.

Motor, motor, motor. That's what you want to see from a defensive tackle. Treighjan has the size, motor, and does the little things well enough to be a solid D1 prospect. Rarely do you see a DT who can move his hands alongside his feet like Treighjan can. Most DTs are quite stiff, struggle to bend, and struggle to maintain momentum.

Things are beginning to showball for Asher.

Headlined by one of the best highlight tapes in the state, Asher has gone through the gauntlet of camps and is now making a good name for himself. Asher now holds offers from Toledo and Eastern Michigan.

Asher's tape proves that he's one of the most hard-nosed linemen in the state. He's not afraid to lay the wood on attempted kick-out / pull blocks. He's also smart enough to identify reach blocks, and force his way toward the play. Asher also has a couple of very promising pass-rushing highlights, demonstrating good bend.

This offseason, he's been at work. I have verified height, weight, 40, broad jump, and shuttle from the Wayne State Mega Camp. Although I didn't specifically watch Asher at any camp this offseason, there are a few clips on his Twitter, which does help.

Asher will be a top 5 defensive lineman in the next update.

I've heard a good bit about Zion this offseason. Considering his size and a couple of good showings this offseason, he could eventually sneak into the top-tier of defensive tackles.

High praise from a few people, 6+ camps attended in the past month, and all-around promising play. Pretty general evaluation. This is just to say that Zion will be ranked favorably, and I expect him to eventually be a very good college prospect.
