The big man out of Canton has really caught my eye this offseason. After seeing his film, I really think the upside is there, and the trajectory is only going up. He does have a few reps coming off the edge, but he is certainly at his best in the interior, controlling gaps and creating havoc at the point of attack. Great feet, tremendous punch and an overall mentality of aggression makes him an absolute load to deal with. Once he gets his big mitts on the ball carrier, its lights out. Malone is a sure tackler who always makes sure to wrap up and drive. I could see Malone controlling gaps and being a problem both as a pass rusher and as a run stopper.

I’ve heard a good bit about Zion this offseason. Considering his size and a couple of good showings this offseason, he could eventually sneak into the top-tier of defensive tackles.

High praise from a few people, 6+ camps attended in the past month, and all-around promising play. Pretty general evaluation. This is just to say that Zion will be ranked favorably, and I expect him to eventually be a very good college prospect.
