The defending Class A-1 state champions were hosting some serious talent from around the Tulsa area. And on a cloudy and misty morning, we got a good chance to take in a few hours of the competition. Below, we take a look at the players and prospects that stood out to us while we were watching on Tuesday morning. All in all, a dozen names are featured in this breakdown as nearly every school had a player or two that caught our attention. Keep it locked in to Prep Redzone Oklahoma for more team camp coverage!

[player_tooltip player_id='1083187' first='Barrett' last='Mullen'] - 2026 Quarterback - Cascia Hall

There were a few quarterbacks in Owasso that caught our eye on Tuesday morning. Cascia Hall 2026 quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1083187' first='Barrett' last='Mullen'] has been that dude since his sophomore season. He's definitely in the conversation for being one of the top quarterbacks in Oklahoma's 2026 class and he was showing why on Tuesday morning. Mullen is incredibly accurate with the football and as he heads into this fall, he'll be a three-year starter for the Commandos and it showed as he had full control of the offense. Mullen is a QB prospect that continues to improve and there's no reason at this point to think that he still isn't close to where his ceiling is as a prospect.

[player_tooltip player_id='1683595' first='Dashaun' last='Brown'] - 2026 Wide Receiver - Nathan Hale

Nathan Hale is under new direction in 2025 and has had the addition of several key pieces that could make them an interesting team to watch this fall. They had a few players that stood out to us and apparently to some of the college coaches in attendance. 2026 wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1683595' first='Dashaun' last='Brown'] was a terrific down-field threat for the Rangers on the offensive side of the ball and after the camp, he was offered by NSU and that could be the start of a very busy summer for Brown. This is another example of a prospect that has flown under the radar but took advantage of his opportunity to perform in front of college coaches. Brown is definitely on our radar moving forward.

[player_tooltip player_id='1245266' first='Eli' last='Dyer'] - 2027 Wide Receiver - Victory Christian

Anytime we watch prospects in the spring after not seeing them for 6 months or more in some cases, we're always impressed by the physical development of the athlete. That was the case for Victory Christian 2027 wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1245266' first='Eli' last='Dyer'] as he looks like he's been living in the weight room this offseason. Like Hale, Victory Christian is under new leadership and if Tuesday was any indication, Dyer is going to have a big role in this year's offense and could end up establishing himself as the top weapon in the passing game. Dyer was very impressive to watch and there's still a lot of growth he can have as an overall playmaker. This fall could be a breakout season for Dyer.

[player_tooltip player_id='1067472' first='Fisher' last='Lai'] - 2027 Wide Receiver/Defensive Back - Cascia Hall

We spent all offseason watching Cascia Hall 2027 standout [player_tooltip player_id='1067472' first='Fisher' last='Lai'] go to work at the cornerback position and absolutely dominate. But we didn't see much offense from him. On Tuesday, that's almost exclusively where Lai was lined up and going to work for Cascia Hall. And the back and forth argument with Lai continues. He is so incredibly valuable on both sides of the ball. With his production, there's no doubt that he's one of the more explosive wide receivers in the state's 2027 class. But then you turn around and watch him lock down the team's best wide receiver and there isn't much else you need to see. Lai is one of the best true two-way players in the '27 class.

[player_tooltip player_id='1642605' first='Holt' last='Wilson'] - 2028 Wide Receiver - Rejoice Christian

Rejoice Christian might have some serious star power returning but they also have guys that need to be talked about more. 2028 wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1642605' first='Holt' last='Wilson'] is a good example of that. Wilson had a terrific freshman campaign in 2024 and when we got a chance to watch the Rejoice offense go to work on Tuesday, he was the most productive wide receiver. The 2028 prospect was killing defenders deep all morning. Wilson is the younger brother of former Rejoice star Chance Wilson and he appears to be another Rejoice prospect with a high ceiling. The production on the field is clearly there. As he continues to develop, he's going to be a name that we need to know in the state's 2028 class.

[player_tooltip player_id='1683598' first='JT' last='Kauffman'] - 2026 Defensive Lineman - Nathan Hale

We write about this all the time but one of the main reasons why we love these team camps is the opportunities to see NEW talent. Nathan Hale 2026 defensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='1683598' first='JT' last='Kauffman'] very quickly became one of our favorite players to watch throughout the camp on Tuesday morning. Kauffman had a battery that never died and he was incredibly vocal when lining up before the play and in the huddles. Simply put, Kauffman brought the energy from start to finish and he was making plays to back up the hype. Kauffman was not on our radar prior to the camp on Tuesday but that quickly changed. He was one of the first players that we noticed when rapid fire begun.

[player_tooltip player_id='472322' first='Jude' last='Ballinger'] - 2026 Offensive/Defensive Lineman - NOAH

NOAH 2026 lineman [player_tooltip player_id='472322' first='Jude' last='Ballinger'] has been on the radar for a few years now but we came away even more impressed with him after Tuesday's camp. It's been probably a year since we saw Ballinger in person and he looks like a totally different prospect. It looks like he's grown a few inches and he was one of the more polished offensive linemen at the camp on Tuesday. Then you turn around and watch him go to work on the defensive line as a line clogging nose guard that was causing problems for opposing run games and you had a true two-way lineman that was just as valuable on either side of the line. Ballinger was a fun player to watch on the line of scrimmage.

[player_tooltip player_id='1328118' first='Kamieon' last='Compton-Nero'] - 2028 Quarterback - Rejoice Christian

We knew that Rejoice Christian 2028 quarterback and defensive back [player_tooltip player_id='1328118' first='Kamieon' last='Compton-Nero'] had the potential to be special as he entered his freshman season. He was just that as he helped the Eagles win their first state title. But now, he's the unquestioned guy at QB1 and will continue to slice up defenses for the next three seasons. When we watched him go to work on Tuesday, it was incredibly impressive to see how easy everything seemed for Nero. In fact, it was hard to believe that he had just finished his freshman year in high school. He looked like a guy that had been starting for 2-3 years at QB. He was incredibly smooth with everything he did on offense.

[player_tooltip player_id='1292050' first='Kincayde' last='Eng'] - 2026 Quarterback - Metro Christian

Metro Christian has a long line of quarterbacks that absolutely fill up the stat sheet and this is a program that has become synonymous with producing high-level quarterbacks. 2026 signal caller [player_tooltip player_id='1292050' first='Kincayde' last='Eng'] got his first crack at leading the Metro offense last season and he made the most of that opportunity. Eng had a terrific junior season and he really impressed us on Tuesday. It appears that he's taken the next step in his development and is going to be another name to watch in a deep 2026 class. In fact, it was obvious that Metro likes what they have at QB that Eng was splitting time with 2028 QB [player_tooltip player_id='1689516' first='Laken' last='Lee'] and he appears to be the next guy up for the Patriots.

[player_tooltip player_id='1192769' first='Nizyah' last='Abraham'] - 2027 Wide Receiver/Defensive Back - Nathan Hale

2027 wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1192769' first='Nizyah' last='Abraham'] is another new addition for Nathan Hale this offseason. After starting his career at Union, Abraham moved over to Nathan Hale and could end up being a valuable part of their offense this season. Abraham has impressed us in the past at various camps or 7v7 tournaments. But he's also a smaller wide receiver so we were excited to see how much of his game translated when the pads come on and defenses can be more physical and it's no longer two-hand touch. It didn't look much different. Abraham was incredibly shifty in space and he took a few shots but got right back up and was always picking up positive yardage.

[player_tooltip player_id='1161909' first='Ty' last='Guest'] - 2026 Wide Receiver - Metro Christian

We wrote about Eng and the high-powered Metro Christian passing attack. You can have the outstanding quarterback as your triggerman but you have to have weapons at the wide receiver position. 2026 wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1161909' first='Ty' last='Guest'] was that guy for the Patriots on Tuesday. We remember watching Guest a handful of times in 2024 and be impressed with what he was able to do with the ball in his hands after the catch. And then that same skillset was on full display on Tuesday. Guest would run those short and intermediate routes to perfection and after he caught the ball, (in stride by the way) he understood the angles of the game to go untouched at times on the way to the end zone.

[player_tooltip player_id='1403519' first='Xavier' last='Okwufulueze'] - 2026 Wide Receiver - Rejoice Christian

2026 wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1403519' first='Xavier' last='Okwufulueze'] is another Rejoice Christian prospect that is easy to spot and it's easy to see why he has multiple D1 programs constantly pursuing him. The thing with Okwufulueze that is so impressive is the future for him as a prospect. He is already pretty polished and is coming off a dynamic junior season. But he's still relatively new to the football field after focusing on basketball so much. When you talk about the ceiling of a prospect moving forward, Okwufulueze has to be at the top of the list. It doesn't take long while watching him run around to know that he is a special talent and the future continues to get brighter and brighter.
