South of Atlanta in Jonesboro is where you;ll find a promising athlete in the 2026 class who made plays on both sides of the ball as a defensive back and a receiver for Mundy's Mill. Roux, a do-it-all player with an excellent 6-foot-3 215-pound frame, hauled in a team-leading 38 passes for 540 yards and two touchdowns while making 34 tackles on defense along with two forced fumbles. Look for him to see a big rankings boost in the next 2026 update down the road.

A do-it-all athlete and one of the more underrated 2026 prospects in West Georgia, this state-champion was able to help his Bowdon team in several different ways last season as a junior. On defense, Tyree-Wilson was a consistent pass-rusher who ended the 2024 season with 61 tackles and seven big sacks. On offense, Wilson caught 30 passes for 510 yards and seven touchdowns, rushing for four more touchdowns on the ground while making big plays all season long on special team.

One of the fastest overall prospects in Georgia, Skelton uses his speed and explosiveness on both sides of the ball for Upson-Lee. He shows easy breakaway speed at wide receiver who can sneak past defenders with ease down the field. He also covers a ton of ground as a defensive back and closes well on the receiver when the ball is in the air. He hauled in 27 passes last season for 290 yards and three touchdowns while making 24 tackles on defense with one INT and four pass-breakups. His best football is still ahead of him and he should see his ranking increase in the next 2026 Prep Redzone update.

One of the better athletes across North Georgia in the 2026 class, Hulett can play anywhere on the field and was consistently one of the best players on the field every Friday night last fall. While playing quarterback, Hulett ran wild for 1,426 yards and seven touchdowns, hitting the 100-yard mark seven times. Defensively, the North Murray star made 71 tackles and three INTs in coverage. He's a natural who competes hard and is good enough to earn some D1 offers at some point this year.

Another dynamic two-way standout from North Georgia who deserves more recognition, Groce is coming off an outstanding junior season where he showed impressive speed, agility, toughness, and natural playmaking ability. At running back Grove took off for 1,168 yards and 12 touchdowns. Defensively, the sure-tackling safety made 65 tackles, six TFLs and two INTs. He's one of the better players in the area and is bound for a massive senior season in 2025.
