Duckett is a true dual-threat QB who we can expect to contribute more with his legs than his arm at The Citadel. He is plenty equipped as a passer to handle what they want to do. He moves the pocket, has a long, natural delivery, and has flashes of touch to the deep area of the field. Duckett is a playmaker as a runner. He has a stout, RB-like frame, which adds durability as a runner. He can break down defenders, high step, weave, and handle plenty of athletic responsibilities as a playmaker in space. It's hard to draw up a better scheme fit for what The Citadel does offensively.

This is my first look at new Ohio commit [player_tooltip player_id='1669322' first='James' last='Kelly']. He is an extremely well-rounded football player and is versatile. At 6'0 215, he will project as an RB, despite consistent reps as a receiver, both in the slot and on the outside. His short-area quickness and explosiveness are elite, allowing him to dance in tight areas and quickly change direction. As a route runner, he is surprisingly flexible at the top of his route for his size. He doubles as a violent blocker on the outside. He leverages his traits and versatility with a physical brand of football, running hard and squeezing the most out of each rep. He will have to adjust to being an RB full-time, but has the looks to be a true every-down back if the upside hits.

Abdul-Salaam is an unsung hero on a star-studded McEachern team. He is committed to Kennesaw State. Abdul-Salaam is a rock-solid edge defender with manipulative length and room for even more play strength. Sets the edge by pressing tackles, meeting pulling guards with pop, and widening out to cast a net. He uses his hands and arms really well at the point of attack, helping him shed. Will need to finish around the football more consistently, but he rallies hard and has the general athletic scaffold that GO5 teams are looking for, and has multi-year starter upside.

Stockier, athletically built LB prospect who is almost built more like a stout nickel. He is a read and react prospect with the athletic ability to play at an FCS speed (committed to Mercer). Roy has excellent instincts. He leverages the ball beautifully, takes good angles to the football, and can dart around blockers to sit in running lanes. As a tackler, he is consistent with his striking point and hits with good pad level. He has no issues bringing ball carriers down on tape. I love his instincts, and he has tackle teach tape. It's easy to imagine him projecting out as a productive tackler.

Shumaker is a lowkey UNA commitment with a lot of physical maturity left in the tank. He is a traits projection at this point, given his size at 6'4 265. He consistently pulls from his RG spot and explodes at the point of contact. He is a feisty engager of contact and keeps his feet firing, helping him eventually displace defenders, which will get better as he adds weight. Shumaker doesn't have bad habits that can come from being huge, so there is a natural progression for his development, and there is plenty of clay for his coaches to mold. Will need an offseason or two to get physically ready, but again, his best ball is ahead of him.

James Madison snuck into Georgia to snag a commitment from Hudson. Hudson is a true slot, YAC projection. He is packed into his 5'11 frame with cut physique and impressive muscle definition. He is a solid route runner and defends the catch point well for his size, but I think he has most juice with the ball in his hand. His short-area quickness is impressive, and he is an elite horizontal mover, jumping across the face of defenders and kicking up turf while doing so. Hudson doubles as a returner and will take direct snaps, so it appears that Peach County and I imagine James Madison believe he makes the most impact with the ball in his hands as a playmaker.

Spends time on both sides of the ball, playing RB and on and off the ball at LB. Size will settle him into an EDGE defender. Long, lanky frame as a junior who grew into himself and plays thicker as a senior without sacrificing athleticism. Decent first step explosiveness with impressive closing speed to the ball and the quickness to shadow ball carriers. Uses his length to fully engulf; added play strength should help him bring down ball carriers more easily. Projects as an edge-setting OLB prospect whose versatility/speed can come in play on special teams and even offensively on direct snaps. Committed to Georgia State and could be a fun, gadgety player.

Solomon, committed to Air Force, is an intriguing size/speed combination at 6'3 180 with 11.32 100M/21.97 200M PRs. Solomon is a raw athlete whose length shines as a tackler and at the catch point. He is still finding his twitch, but he is a fluid athlete who can float around the field. As long as he's in the ballpark as a tackler or defender, his length casts a wide net and helps him make plays on the ball. Solomon is a traits projection and should be viewed as a high ceiling projection.

Stiggers is another Ohio commit on this list, and is yet another impressive athlete headed to the MAC. He is now up to 6'3 240 with a cut, long body type. Stiggers is strong, sturdy at the point of attack, and is a no-nonsense pursuer of the ball. He takes good angles to the ball carrier and is a solid tackler in space. There's nothing too complicated about his game. He is hard to move, doesn't get washed down the line, and sheds well enough to give him a chance on the ball carrier. Stiggers is a high-floor projection.
