The class of 2027 is in prime position to be deep and full of talent! There are a handful that are really starting to raise their stock and will likely be bumping up their ranking sooner rather than later. Below are some of the athletes I think are starting to really boost themselves in my eyes.

I saw that Wynn hit up the Stock Up Showcase in Ohio and repped the state of Michigan well! From what I saw of his highlights from 2024, I would say Wynn is on a great trajectory. He got a ton of valuable experience and was able to lead his team into the postseason. Wynn has a live arm and his ability to throw off platform accurately is a huge plus. I am really hoping I can catch Wynn in action over the course of the offseason to see how he's developing, but I am super excited for where this kid is heading.

As I mentioned earlier in the offseason, Byrd is putting in a ton of work and it is really paying off. He has performed well against elite competition and really showed out. I am super impressed by his ability to play press coverage, jam receivers off the line and run stride for stride with some of the quickest receivers around. He moves extremely well, flips his hips and has natural ball skills. At our Stock Up Showcase in December, Jaeden tested well and did a great job in the 1 on 1 portion. Look for Byrd to be a breakout contender in 2025.

Grayson is another really solid performer from out Stock Up Showcase, and also did a fantastic job of developing over the course of the 2024 season. Grayson notched a lot of valuable experience and I think 2025 will be a big leap for Fellows. I think his arm talent and mechanics are far above a lot of QBs in his class. He makes difficult throws look easy. He shows a lot of nice accuracy and a ton of poise in the pocket. I will be keeping close tabs on Fellows over the next couple of years big time.

Atticus is at a school that hasn't been recruited much but I think he is going to make his name known in 2025. I hope to see him get out to some camps this spring so I can evaluate him in person, but from what I see on film I love where he's at. To start, the size is obvious. He uses that size to his advantage as he can line up tight to the formation and absolutely maul defenders, earning multiple pancakes on his highlight tape. He's also a solid pass catcher as he uses his frame to box defenders out and really body up smaller players. Even on poorly thrown balls, it's hard to throw outside of his catch radius. I am loving what I am seeing from this rising TE.

Micah is coming from a bit smaller of a school than some of these others, but don't get it twisted, he can play. He's a powerful kid with solid technique and above average agility. His film shows him being an absolutely destructive run blocker and in the passing game he has good agility and a strong base. Micah is going to be putting a lot more people on notice in 2025, and I'm hoping to see him get out and perform at some camps this year.

Liam is a monster. He has the size, strength and aggression to be a problem. When I got the chance to see him this season, I took note of his ability to down block and clear a giant hole for his backs. Even in the passing game, he had no issue making quick work of pass rushers. A lot of them ended up on the ground. He didn't lunge or fall for finesse moves at all, and power moves didn't budge Liam much at all. He plays in a tough league with plenty of good competition and he absolutely held his own and then some. Liam will be a name to know going forward no doubt!
