2027 Rankings Risers: Offense

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">In-depth analysis of the 2027 offensive prospects moving up the PRZ state rankings.</h2>    Snyder checks in as PRZ's top ranked 2027 QB in the state. At 6'3” 200 lbs. he's a high-level passer that throws a good ball with great accuracy and ball placement skills. He's got a live arm with a smooth throwing motion that is consistent and effortless. Well-trained, the release and footwork are clean, compact, and precise. He's efficient in his drop back showing proper weight transfer and good balance throughout. Can make all the necessary throws by pushing the ball vertically with touch and trajectory or throw it on a line across the middle or to the boundary. A plus athlete that can create second-reaction passing opportunities with his legs by extending the play. Recruitment is rapidly on the rise with four D1 offers, three of which have come during this contact period.   4 Offers: Boise State, UAB, Arizona, Oregon State      Kasper saw limited action as a sophomore due to injury but he's a high upside prospect with a great skillset for the D1 level. 6'1” 175 lbs. he's an advanced route runner that understands how to create separation and positional leverage with well-timed stems and head fakes. Accelerates off the LOS to quickly close space and eat up DB's cushion to force a transition as he runs by. Tracks and adjusts well to ball flight flashing quick hands to play the ball at the catch point. Combines strength and speed to extend gains after the catch. He can slip tacklers by absorbing initial contact and then bursting to space. In a deep 2027 WR class he comes in ranked sixth at the position and #11 overall. Word is he's transferring to ALA-Queen Creek to play out his junior year.   4 Offers: Oregon, ASU, BYU, Missouri      Massive size at 6'7” 300 lbs. with good balance and weight distribution in his frame. Can overpower opponents and dominate the LOS with sheer size and natural strength. Uses strong hands and good leg drive through contact to create movement and finish his blocks. Engages with good inside hand placement and a heavy initial strike to throw defenders off balance. Takes advantage of his length in pass protection but can also move his feet to mirror lateral movement and stay in front to keep positioning and a clean pocket. Can work to the second level with good footwork and efficient angles. Ranked #12 overall and is the second ranked 2027 OL prospect in the state.   3 Offers: Arizona, Cal, Arizona State      Roskopf checks all the boxes colleges look for in a major D1 QB with his combination of size, arm talent, and athleticism. 6'5” 225 lbs. he's got the ideal length and frame to stand tall in the pocket and get added height/extension on his release. Flashes impressive arm strength and accuracy with the ability to hit his spots with consistent velocity and ball placement. Lands from his drop back with a well-balanced platform that allows him to drive the ball downfield or into a tight window at the short/intermediate levels. Quick and compact release to get the ball out on time as receivers come out of their break or with defenders closing in. A legitimate run threat that runs the read option well and has good straight-line speed to move the chains. Threw for over 2,200 yards with 19 touchdowns in nine games as a sophomore. Comes in as the second ranked QB in the 2027 class. Picked up his first offer of many from Minnesota several days ago.   1 Offer: Minnesota      Farrell is rapidly rising up rankings and recruiting boards after a strong sophomore campaign. At 6'5” 180 lbs. he's got a lean frame with length that has the ability to add weight as he develops. He's got an accelerated release with good flexibility and rotation in his hips and shoulders to get added velocity on his throws. Shows he can be accurate throwing off various off balance throwing platforms and arm angles. He's got good anticipation to mix up speeds and throw the necessary ball for it to be catchable. Plus movement skills and pocket mobility to escape pressure and buy time with his eyes downfield. Flashes great command and confidence of the position and his ability. He's picked up his first four D1 offers in the past week all of which are from P4 programs.   4 Offers: Arizona, Oregon State, Washington, Minnesota      Strong downhill runner with a powerful 5'11” 210 lb. frame. Great ability to break initial contact at the first level with good balance, strength, and leverage. Gets up the field quickly utilizing his short-area burst to accelerate through the LOS and work to space. Doesn't hesitate to attack running lanes with decisiveness and speed. Makes quick lateral cuts around defenders at the second level and in space and shows good ball security upon contact. Size and skillset allow him to pick up tough yardage between the tackles or use his speed to turn the corner to the outside. The second ranked RB in the updated 2027 PRZ state rankings and #19 overall.   2 Offers: Arizona State, Colorado State      Really impressive all-around skillset with length and positional versatility to be a two-way impact player. At 6'2” 180 lbs. he's a dynamic athlete with outstanding body control and ball skills to attack the ball in the air. Good initial burst off the line gives him a strong drive phase before his break. Shows he can drop his hip level and use his fluidity to change directions and accelerate out of his cuts to create separation. Ball skills set him apart from other receivers his age, he competes for the ball at the high point with good extension and strong hands. Possesses a large catch radius that extends well outside his framework. Picked up his first offer from Kansas last week but expect his recruitment to skyrocket as he's able to showcase his skillset going forward.   1 Offer: Kansas
