Snyder is another fast rising and fast developing kid, as he put together a really impressive sophomore season a year ago throwing for over 2,100 yards and 17 TD’s. He’s one of the most smooth, effortless passers in the state and shows the ability to throw receivers open. He put together a spring tape as well where looked dialed in and threw with excellent timing and accuracy. Smooth throwing motion with good torque on those deeper outs/flood concepts to get that extra velo on the ball and will put it only where his receivers can get it. Snyder currently holds 21 offers thus far and will be a highly followed prospect for the next two seasons.

has been on a steady rise since taking over as Perry’s quarterback as a sophomore, and after watching him at ASU 7s, it feels like he’s nowhere near done growing. He looked locked in from the jump — calm, confident, and totally in control of what was happening around him. He’s got a quiet confidence that’s easy to spot once the ball is snapped. He wasn’t trying to force anything or do too much — just letting the game come to him and picking his spots. What stood out most was how comfortable he looked going through his reads. He trusted his arm, knew when to let it rip, and also didn’t hesitate to take what the defense gave him. That kind of discipline can be tough to find in 7s, where it’s tempting to chase big plays every rep. His ball placement was sharp, and there was a natural rhythm to how he operated — like he already had a blueprint in his head before the snap. You can tell he’s matured a lot since last season, and that’s what makes his ceiling even more exciting.

Snyder stepped in as a sophomore and showed more composure than some seniors. He’s steady in the pocket, always keeping his eyes downfield even when defenders break through the line. While he’s not the fastest guy on the field, he uses subtle movement to extend plays and find open targets. His arm strength is evident on those tough sideline throws, and he’s got enough touch to drop passes over defenders when needed. It’s clear he’s growing into his role, recognizing blitzes and adjusting protections, which is impressive for a young quarterback. With another year of varsity ball under his belt, he’ll likely cut down on turnovers and get more comfortable throwing into tight windows. Snyder’s ceiling is high, and if he keeps building on his early success, he could be a force in 6A.

Snyder threw one of the best balls of the day I saw during the drill portion and was solid in the 1-on-1 period.

Snyder’s recruiting stock continues to rise with five additional offers this month bringing his total to six. He’s just scratching the surface of his upside and potential with high level natural ability for the position. Checks all the boxes in terms of physical skillset with his blend of size, throwing ability, and mechanics. He’s precise and accurate both in the pocket and on the run, throwing a catchable ball with good touch. Arm strength allows him to push the ball vertically and throw from different platforms with velocity. PRZ’s top ranked 2027 QB in the updated rankings.

after transferring, and needless to say the kid answered the bell and proved to be a top QB in the state as a sophomore, as the ceiling looks high for this kid. Excellent pocket presence and maturity already, as he shows the ability to step up, slide, climb, or scramble out. Smooth release with the ability to hit throws with finesse with ease, and did a great job delivering accurate throws with timing all year. I love his ability to recognize and hit those hole shots vs a Cover 2 look, flashing a solid football IQ. He currently holds offers from Arizona, Oregon State, Utah, Boise State, and UAB, but I expect that list to grow dramatically here soon.
