He is equally as good as a defensive back and as a wide receiver. At defensive back, he has great coverage skills, and he locks down wide receivers. Then, on offense at wide receiver, he is a playmaker. He is so good at catching the ball and making defenders miss in space. Then, when there are 50/50 balls, Salazar does a great job of coming down with the ball. Then, when the play breaks down, Foulke shows a good ability to make something happen.
