Sophomores Off To Hot Starts: Offense

This week, I'm taking a look at some players in the 2027 class who are thriving through the first few weeks of the season. After averaging under 100 yards a game as a freshman, Logan has thrown for over 250 a game as a sophomore. He's done a great job of surveying the field and delivering to his open receivers. He's a quick running back with great size that sometimes just needs to get in a rhythm. The more he touches the ball, the more he heats up, until he breaks a big run. He's excelled on a lot of one-cut runs and out of the Wildcat, where he can read the line and pick his hole. Though Shelby has dropped two of three, Morgan has become the favorite target of quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1099168' first='Lan' last='Farmer']. He has excellent size and good speed and cutting ability. He hasn't been asked to drop back and throw often, but he's made the most of those opportunities with 14 completions for 231 yards through the first two games. In Week 1, he had 88 yards as a receiver before turning in 320 yards on the ground in the next two games.
