He's improved his average yards per catch in each of the first three games and is resorting back to being a big play threat that he showed as a junior.

Forshey is proving to be a good contested catch receiver this season and providing more evidence that he can high-point the pass and come down with 50/50 balls consistently. He's been a nice 1-2 punch with highly regarded teammate [player_tooltip player_id='450987' first='Tyshawn' last='Dues'] and has settled in nicely as the Redskins' slot receiver.

Burnette has done a nice job working the sidelines, middle of the field, and getting involved in the screen game while also complementing that with vertical ability causing defenses to have to defend the entire field when he's in the game.
2026 Doddridge County WR [player_tooltip player_id='866670' first='Landon' last='Thomas'] has been the definition of consistency for the Bulldogs during his high school career thus far and has been making plays on varsity since he was a freshman. That's continuing in the early portion of his junior year as their passing offense has taken a step forward with another year of experience under their belts.

Thomas is leading the team in yards and touchdowns and continues to be a big play receiver averaging 26 yards per catch and a big target on the outside for his quarterback. He has a large catch radius with 6'2 195 size and ball skills to pair with it while being a natural pass catcher. Thomas has intriguing potential as a future TE prospect with the way his body is developing and has gotten reps there this season with a potentially high ceiling at that position as well.

He executes corner routes well and can also make plays after the catch as a natural playmaker with the ball in his hands.
Linksweiler is the type of receiver that you can throw it up to and let him make a play which he showed in week three against Nicholas County with two long catches with defenders draped over him and coming down with the contested catch.

Slot receiver feels like a natural fit for Suttle who showed quality playmaking ability as a sophomore running back last season that has translated to success as a pass catcher. Suttle has the speed and quickness to develop into a dynamic receiver with explosive capabilities. He has legit 4.4-4.5 speed that you can see on film and that gives him versatility on how he can be used in the Spartans' offense. Suttle could be a big stock riser in our winter rankings update if he continues the trajectory that he's on.

His route running on film looks quality and he can stretch defenses vertically from the outside even as a smaller receiver. Kisamore can create consistent separation on short and intermediate routes as well and is tough to defend 1-on-1 at the Class A level.
