Burnette has done a nice job working the sidelines, middle of the field, and getting involved in the screen game while also complementing that with vertical ability causing defenses to have to defend the entire field when he’s in the game. He’s shown a quick release off the line and has been a reliable and versatile receiver out of the slot for the Redskins this season.

It looks like he’s settled in at the slot in their spread offense and caught 5 passes for 95 yards and a touchdown after a slower start in week one. Burnette did a nice job working the middle of the field and was rewarded with a touchdown on a seam pass for a 54-yard score.
