After a strong showing on Friday at Concord, Martin added an offer from the Mountain Lions and has since added a West Virginia State offer to his list. He looked good during 1-on-1s at Concord as a physical interior lineman who has the versatility to play guard or center at the next level. Martin has quality athleticism and footwork to utilize with good bend and leverage to stay under his man. I thought he showed good technique as a pass blocker in 1-on-1s and used his hands well.

A new name that got on our radar after the spring rankings update was 2026 Hurricane OL Mason Martin Mason Martin 5'11" | 270 lbs | OL Nitro | 2026 State WV . Martin saw some spot duty at center as a sophomore in 2023 for the varsity team and should have a full-time role for the next two seasons for the Redskins. He picked up his first offer from Rio Grande (OH) in June and is already catching the attention of colleges before his junior year has begun. Martin showed some good early signs in his sophomore film in a reserve role that leads you to believe he’s going to develop into a quality starter this season. At 5’11 270, he’s still growing which also keeps him lower in the rankings for now but could work himself into a D2 prospect by the time he’s a senior. The early physicality and aggressive play were apparent on film while showing some nastiness for a young lineman.

We’re excited to see Martin in a potential starting role this season and is a candidate to make a jump in the rankings after the season if he takes the next step in his game.
