<p><em><strong>Eagle is off to a fantastic start to their season, defeating Meridian on Friday night 28-13 and have another tough out of state opponent in West Linn coming to town from Oregon. The number 2 team in the state of Oregon Per MaxPreps is loaded with next level talent, and has been reigning supreme across Oregon for a very long time. They always have a loaded roster and are extremely well coached and should matchup very well against Eagle. Eagle has their own group of very talented players as well, with no shortage of kids with offers to play at the next level. Below, we will preview some of these top players that will square off on Saturday night for what should be one of the better games across the state during the 2024 season. </strong></em></p>

<p>Willams is one of the top recruits across the state of Idaho and is currently committed to the University of Idaho. He is a devastating blocker from his tight end position, and can also play anywhere along the defensive line for Eagle, and provides a tremendous pass rush from either the inside or on the edge. </p>

<p>Giannini is one of the more active and athletic linebackers across the state, and is a no brainer next level kid who should be atop the tackle stat column as we move through the season. He has offers from 4 small schools in Puget Sound, Montana Tech, College of Idaho and VCSU. </p>

Burnham is in-line for a huge breakout season for Eagle, and will spearhead the backfield on Saturday night. </p>

<p>Ramsey is coming off leading Eagle to a very nice opening season win over Meridian where he showed he can really push the ball downfield, make quick decisions and has really improved his throwing mechanics this off-season with a snappy release and off-platform throwing abilities. </p>

He has elite movement abilities, fluid hips and outstanding ball skills/high point ability, especially for his age. Molden holds 11 offers from the likes of Oregon, Nevada, Washington, Oregon State, Cal, ASU and Colorado State, among others. </p>

He is a big and physical downfield target with a huge catch radius, elite blocking abilities and will be a big part of this offensive production this Fall. </p>

<p>Gilroy Will lead the charge the season for West Linn and is a very accurate passer with a big time arm downfield. Standing at 6'5" and change he is a tough kid to bring down in the pocket and does a nice job of keeping his eyes down field and delivering the ball with accuracy.</p>

<p><strong>Danny Wideman </strong></p>

<p>Wideman is one of the more twitchy and elusive slot receivers across the state of Oregon, and is a big time playmaker in this offense that can stretch the field and make big plays with the ball in his hands. He is currently committed to the University of Oregon for baseball, and holds one offer for football from Grambling State. </p>

He is a very athletic and violent player that has great hips, patient hands and finish abilities downfield with natural bend in his stance. Along with his offer from the beavers, he also holds offers from Portland State and the hometown Oregon Ducks.</p>
