Perkins has perhaps the most upside of any prospect in the 2025 class across Idaho due to his frame and untapped potential at the next level. He is very athletic for his size, has a huge wingspan and is a natural bender in and out of his stance. Perkins is very balanced against both the run and the pass and is patient while able to block both speed and power rushers and shows he can finish blocks downfield and excels at blocking in tight windows, but can scrape to the second level when needed. The Eagle product signed with Iowa State after holding offers from Montana, Eastern Washington and Idaho and checks into our rankings as a top 5 overall prospect.

The big time tackle from Eagle has continued to improve throughout the years and plays with great leverage. For a big body like Perkins he bends well is able to get to the next level and has the ability to be really stout against the pass rush.

Perkins is one of the top offensive linemen in the state for a reason with his ability to get underneath defenders and create great push. He is able to really set and anchor against the bull rush and then has the quickness to get to faster edge players. He is a big part of why Eagle runs the football so well.

Perkins is one of the top offensive recruits across Idaho, and is another prospect that had a terrific off-season and hauled in some offers over the last few months. The Eagle product checks into our updated rankings as the number two prospect at his position, and just inside the top 10 overall, making a jump from the last rankings update. Perkins now holds offers from Idaho, Eastern Washington and Montana, and is a very high upside kid due to his length, frame to pack on more weight and overall growth potential through his college career. Perkins is also rated as a 3-star recruit per 247-sports and is in line for a huge Senior season.

Perkins has long been one of the more intriguing prospects across the state due to his length, movement abilities and growth potential. He is a natural bender, has good movement abilities and snaps out of his stance while doing a good job at using his length to his advantage and has true sneaky athleticism at the tackle position. He has had a very busy summer picking up offers from both Idaho and Eastern Washington and he remains one of the top uncommitted players in the state as we head into the Fall and could see a few more opportunities come his way as well.

Perkins picked up an offer from the University of Montana last week and has seen his stock rise over the last few months. He has elite length and a massive frame with the ability to pack on weight and has plenty of growth potential at the next level. Look for Perkins to possibly gather other big sky offers as he continues on through his Senior season.

Perkins is a big time player with elite measurables for the next level. Perkins is an absolute road grader at tackle where he plays with really good pad level for a player at 6’8”. He has a powerful first step with an extremely strong punch that allows him to knock back defenders with ease. Does an excellent job getting to the second level and really understand angles. Is improving in his pass protection and has long arms that defeats a lot of defenders first moves. Won’t be shocked to see the offers coming in for Perkins at the end of the evaluation period.

Perkins is a still developing prospect, but has the ideal size and length for the next level and has tons of upside as he continues to grow and develop athletically and in the weight room. He shows solid bend in his stance, has a strong punch and wins with initial power at the POA while showing leg drive through contact, and can scrape to the second level when needed. In pass protection, he does a nice job at staying patient with his hands, winning against speed rushers and can anchor against power rushers off the edge or when blitzing. He checks into our rankings update as the number one offensive lineman in his class, and should draw college interest sooner rather than later.

Perkins checks into our rankings as the number one offensive lineman in his class heading into the 2024 season, and deservingly so. He has the ideal length and size for the tackle position at the next level with long arms, active feet and good athleticism in space. He shows that he can get out in open field and block linebackers while creating a immediate push near the LOS against first level defenders, and is a natural bender that explodes out of his stance to create immediate displacement. He is in line for a huge off-season, and as he continues to pack on muscle and weight, schools should take notice.
