Many prospects have seen their stock rise since the spring through college offers and camp performances as they competed at college prospect camps around the region and country. Here are the prospects with the highest rises in our rankings and are seeing their stock increase since our last update.

STOCK RISERS

New Ranking: 43 | Previous Ranking: 109 | Spots Raised: 66

We always knew 2026 Capital WR/DB [player_tooltip player_id='1138997' first='Damian' last='Johnson'] would end up higher than his previous rankings, but he's forced us to make that change quicker than we expected. Johnson is one of three Capital Cougars who have seen their stock rise in the summer rankings update, largely due to their performances at various camps this summer. Johnson is another great example of the importance of going out to camps and performing well while showing more to his game than you might find on his sophomore highlight tape. He ripped off a 4.5 40 at one of the WVU camps and caught the attention of WV State's coaches causing them to extend Johnson's first offer as a rising junior.

We expect Johnson to put more on film this season and have the breakout year on the field that we know he's capable of as our highest stock riser of the summer update.

https://twitter.com/Daejohnson304/status/1802048728158593112

New Ranking: 50 | Previous Ranking: 114 | Spots Raised: 64

Another 2026 Capital DB with the same story as Johnson who has impressed at camps this off-reason resulting in a big rankings boost is [player_tooltip player_id='1139000' first='Jamal' last='Dotson']. Dotson caught the eye of our PRZ Michigan scout Alex Pallone at the EMU Midweek MACtion camp back in early June as one of his top defensive back standouts in attendance which says a lot given the level of competition at a D1 camp and as an out-of-state camper. Dotson backed that up with another strong performance at WV State which saw the home-standing Yellow Jackets extend Dotson his first offer as was the case with two of his teammates in this article.

Dotson has limited film available from last season which him kept lower in the rankings before, but he flashed from what we could watch and knew he'd one day rank higher. That has come sooner than we expected, and we're excited to see more film of him this season.

New Ranking: 83 | Previous Ranking: 118 | Spots Raised: 35

We got to see 2026 Jefferson OL [player_tooltip player_id='1227638' first='Kip' last='Waldeck'] in person for the first time at our combine event back in May and liked what we saw after being impressed by his junior highlight tape. The one trait that keeps him lower in the rankings is size at 6'0 230, but we're betting on him to keep growing as he has the talent to play at the next level. Waldeck utilizes every ounce of his smaller frame that he can and is pound for pound one of the strongest athletes in the 2026 class. Waldeck's raw strength translates to the football field and is a physically imposing player with good technique and fundamentals who anchors the Cougars' offensive line at center.

If Waldeck can continue to grow physically, he'll be a scholarship-level prospect by the time he's a senior.

https://twitter.com/Kip_waldeck/status/1798065819555160438

New Ranking: 26 | Previous Ranking: 57 | Spots Raised: 31

A TE prospect who has seen his stock rise since our spring rankings update is Greenbrier East's [player_tooltip player_id='1137046' first='Grant' last='Burdette']. Burdette is another 2026 prospect who picked up his first offer from WV State back in June and is someone we were already high on in the past. Now inside the 2026 Top 30, Burdette is beginning to show others what we saw in him as one of the more complete TE prospects in this class who may climb even higher in the rankings by the time he's a senior. He has great early size at 6'3 225 with the athleticism and physicality that you want in the position.

It wouldn't surprise us if Burdette develops into a D1 TE prospect by the time he's a senior with great early signs for the position that make you excited about his future.

https://twitter.com/grant_burde/status/1804649255258173884

New Ranking: 76 | Previous Ranking: 103 | Spots Raised: 27

2026 Spring Mills LB [player_tooltip player_id='894976' first='Devin' last='King'] was deserving of a rankings boost after earning LB MVP honors at our combine event earlier this year. King showed flashes in limited game film from last season due to injury but showed enough to warrant an initial Top 125 ranking in our Winter update. After seeing him in person and with the anticipation of a breakout junior season, King is now firmly inside of the Top 100 and just outside of the Top 75.

If King can continue getting bigger and produce on the field the next two seasons, he'll have the opportunity to climb even higher as we'll be watching him closely to back up our high praise.

https://twitter.com/Devin99882472/status/1786907765060882695

New Ranking: 74 | Previous Ranking: 93 | Spots Raised: 19

The third Capital Cougar to see a significant rise in his ranking is 2026 TE/LB [player_tooltip player_id='1139359' first='Jakori' last='Clark']. Clark picked up his first college offer from WV State just as his two other teammates in this article did as they've made the rounds to various camps and events this off-season. Clark's best position may one day be at LB, but he currently places as a Top 5 TE in the class as a talented two-way player. Clark's current 6'0 200 size may best translate to linebacker at the next level pending further physical growth, but his athleticism makes him a threat in the passing game where he and the offense as a whole should take a step forward this season.

Clark now ranks inside of the Top 75 for the 2026 class and moves up to the #4 TE ranking heading into his junior season.

https://twitter.com/clark_jakori/status/1802046686895784066

New Ranking: 10 | Previous Ranking: 22 | Spots Raised: 12

One of two 2026 Cabell Midland offensive linemen who were stock risers in our rankings is [player_tooltip player_id='1138205' first='Caleb' last='Parlier']. Parlier now rounds out our Top 10 as the #5 OL in a very deep and talented big-man class. He picked up his first D1 offer from in-state Marshall back in May and recently picked up his second offer from D2 WV State. We were waiting on Parlier to join teammate Ben Gulliams and former teammate [player_tooltip player_id='866257' first='Mason' last='Ramsey'] in the Cabell Midland 2026 OL D1 offer club and he was finally able to get that first one in his pocket. He's steadily growing into his body and maintaining the strong athleticism he's showcased to date which is greatly benefitting his stock as a prospect.

We expect Parlier to take another step forward as a junior and continue to show why we consider him a Top 10 prospect in the 2026 class.

https://twitter.com/Cparlier304/status/1789341649845260392

New Ranking: 17 | Previous Ranking: 29 | Spots Raised: 12

Princeton DL/Edge prospect [player_tooltip player_id='894897' first='Kalum' last='Kiser'] made a nice jump in the 2026 rankings and now sits inside of the Top 20 after a very strong showing at various camps this summer that has earned him some notoriety. Kiser also got his sophomore film posted since our spring update and had a very productive 2023 season for the Tigers. At his size, Kiser is more of a stand-up edge rusher prospect than a DE but plays a lot of snaps with his hand in the dirt at the high school level. Kiser is a twitchy athlete for his position with great short-area quickness and a quick first step. He also plays with great bend and leverage making himself a very tough block for high school offensive tackles.

Kiser has great hand use with deadly pass-rush moves that'll make him and fellow 2026 Princeton Edge [player_tooltip player_id='1200316' first='Daniel' last='Jennings'] one of the most dangerous defensive duos in the state for the next two seasons.

https://twitter.com/KalumKiser13/status/1804733782815043770

New Ranking: 52 | Previous Ranking: 63 | Spots Raised: 11

2026 Wayne ATH [player_tooltip player_id='1139001' first='Kaiden' last='Hayton'] now sits just outside of the Top 50 in the summer rankings update after a strong showing at our combine event back in May. Hayton also picked up his first offer from WV State like many other prospects in his class which is not surprising once you see him in person. He's a very athletic prospect with good size who will be fun to watch which position he settles in at over the next two years. Hayton was a RB Top Performer at our combine camp who we like as a DB prospect at this time with the potential to play any skill position or grow into a linebacker one day.

Hayton is one of the more athletic prospects in this class who just needs to produce more on the field over the next two seasons to potentially climb even higher in the rankings.

https://twitter.com/HaytonKaiden/status/1802385694595195380

New Ranking: 5 | Previous Ranking: 12 | Spots Raised: 7

The second 2026 Cabell Midland offensive lineman to see his stock rise as a prospect and in the rankings since the spring update is [player_tooltip player_id='1106643' first='Ben' last='Guilliams']. Guilliams has been popular on the recruiting trail this year and picked up his third D1 offer from Marshall back in May. He's been busy this off-season at prospect camps around the region with P4 schools keeping tabs on him heading into his junior year. After some shuffling in the Top 10, Guilliams now sits at the #5 spot in the 2026 rankings as the #3 OL in the class. He's been a stock riser in the past but was still underrated by us before the summer update.

Guilliams is now properly placed inside of the Top 5 but don't be surprised if he inches higher sooner rather than later.

https://twitter.com/ben_guilliams/status/1789341028253581437
