The 6’2 220 rising senior came away with an offer from the host Falcons after a strong showing throughout the camp. Burdette is an athletic TE with quality size and proved so during testing with a 4.87 40, 107.75 broad jump, and a 4.5 shuttle time. Said size and athleticism proved to cause mismatches during 1-on-1s for opposing linebackers. He’ll add to his list of offers throughout the summer and this fall as one of the best tight ends that West Virginia has to offer.

Burdette’s length and mass gave defensive backs issues throughout the camp which earned him WR Top Performer honors even as a TE prospect with D2 offers as a junior.
