As consistent a pass-catcher as this event could provide. Not too much in terms of flare/highlights, yet was a sure bet to get open each rep for Romy Jain Romy Jain 6’0″ | 185 lbs | QB Souhegan | 2025 State New E . Routes across all three levels of the field, Branch consistently separated in this setting. Breakthrough performed better than expected, Branch was a big reason why.

Mentioned Fine in our CTPrime-specific post. A pivotal piece to the Championship run/formula. Served as an LB/RB option, primarily running routes from the backfield for MVP Nick Conlan Nick Conlan 5’10” | 170 lbs | QB West Haven | 2025 State New E . You could find Fine dropping into zones well at LB for CTPrime as well, his running back skillset allowed for easy lateral movement between curl and deep-middle zones. Senior highlights are posted below.
Outlawz National

- 3.4 GPA
- Highly sought-after Floridian pass-catcher
Held offers from Florida Atlantic and Western Kentucky after last Falls tape released. Fort Pierce Westwood’s Colton Foster has witnessed his scholarship number increase from 2 to 7, with the likes of Liberty, Coastal Carolina, and Tulane extending offers.
Looked good overall at this event. Outlawz National has a ton of mouths to feed, so Foster didn’t get the bulk of looks. Still flashed FBS hands and eye coordination whenever linking up with Will Wood. The young man stood out like a sore thumb, I mean that in a positive manner.

Was somehow unfamiliar with Gage Ruth’s game before this event. The young man is squarely on my radar moving forward. A soon-to-be junior out of Bishop McDevitt, Ruth’s Sunday performance was good enough to land him on this spot. I admittedly don’t remember much of him from Day One, had I, he’d likely place a bit higher among standouts. Incredible presence in the end zone, his frame and arm length had opposing DBs shaking their heads after some reps. A monster in 7v7 situations, get inside of 15 from a 40-yard starting point and you’ve got a kid who can turn 50/50 balls 75/25 in his favor. He did exactly that on Sunday.

- 20+ offer prospect, likely the best at the entire rank in terms of rank.
Immediate difference maker on the field, it’s exactly what you expect when adding a talent like this to your 7v7 team. AIT added themselves a two-way weapon on Sunday, resulting in oppossing coaches shaking their heads at the thought of guarding Shepps, Diaz, and Elias Coke Elias Coke 6’2″ | 195 lbs | ATH Harrisburg | 2026 State PA . AIT’s run at the chip fell short, yet hardly at the fault of the WR/S. Multiple TDs caught, great communication, and range from his safety spot. Bit of a buzz created throughout the event when he came through, that’s what a talent like this ought to bring to his 7v7 program.

Was very pleased with Jasper Shepps Jasper Shepps 6’1″ | 180 lbs | ATH Juniata | 2026 State PA two-day performance. Shepps provided Corkery and Detruf with consistent hands that could (and did) come down with tough contested catches downfield. I have at least three difficult catches reeled in by Shepps, all three of which Shepps was draped over by a defender. Shepps’ play won’t be overshadowed. Fantastic second option on the boundaries with Domo Diaz running opposite of him. Happy to see him have a good weekend against serious competition.

Have to speak about his separation skills at wideout, at least when I had my eyes on him. Love the stride Tristan Johnson was working with. Johnson consistently won reps, separating from DBs with his gait alone, even if he wasn’t seeing the football. The senior still reeled in multiple TDs throughout the event, catching my eye finally early Sunday morning. All of this, tack on his prowess at S. A consistent annoyance to QBs from this alignment, his length/size alone made things difficult for DBs. I, as well as New York rep Caleb Holfoth, came away pleased with his overall performance.

- 3.1 GPA
One of the best overall talents present at this event. Would be placed higher if not for a lackluster Day One. His outstanding Day Two proved to everyone watching that this kid is the real deal. Arguably the toughest wideout to keep up with in terms of stride. A nightmare to defend when cutting across the field, drags, digs, ins, Colwell can provide a big window for Fontanez to throw into, all the while maintaining his speed through traffic. 7v7 performances aside, Colwell’s a name that should be picking up steam in recruiting. He’s a name I have no problem throwing to FBS coaches looking for a WR/DB out of Eastern PA.
22. Wingmen
- trn t
- 6’2, 218
Spoke about this in the Wingmen preview, everything Lockley Jr. does in pads dwarfs any performance in a 7v7 setting, regardless of how well he played on defense. That being said, I still came away pleased with his play at 215+ pounds. A mix of safety and backer reps, Brandn Lockley proved he could keep up with much smaller wideouts and running backs that he matched up with. Well trained at safety, I was able to witness Lockley recognize route concepts in real-time, breaking and making things difficult for wideouts on his half of the field. Saw him cover wheels from the backfield, saw Lockley stay with targets running to the flat. I learned Lockley’s labbing and growth behind the scenes have not hindered his athletic ability, especially his movement skills. Once he irons out any mental reads that cause him to hesitate, he’ll be a force at LB or Safety this coming Fall.

Formerly out of Allentown Central Catholic, now at St. Francis Academy. Diamond Athletic’s Antonio Fontanez is the first of just five quarterbacks who cracked the top 30. I had about 90+ total top performers, I couldn’t keep Fontanez out of this list considering how well he performed during both days at Coatesville. A shame we didn’t get to see Fontanez perform against CTPrime or Wingmen’s defense during the playoffs of this event, Fontanez did nothing but make correct read after correct read. His program was DQ’d for a petty rule break, yet understandable from both sides. Fontanez led DA to four wins through the Two-Day event, losing just one of the five games played in total. I came away impressed. Learned a few things about his mental-makeup too. Kid is confident beyond his years, should suit him well at SFA.
