Super excited to be writing this recruiting update on Ethan Shearer Ethan Shearer 6’0″ | 215 lbs | ATH Central Valley | 2026 State PA . Back on February 25th he was included in one of our “2026’s That Should Be Offered” series. Fast forward to 3/10 where he picked up his first offer from Miami Ohio. Ethan then took a trip up to Ypsilanti, Michigan to visit Eastern Michigan University. During the visit, he received his second offer from the Eagles. I’m excited to see how the 15-year-old linebacker performs in his Junior Campaign. He’s a prospect that will only continue to get better.

Montour Football has a stud prospect in Daniel Batch Daniel Batch 6’0″ | 200 lbs | WR Montour | 2025 State PA . He has had an extremely busy spring with taking multiple visits and receiving multiple offers. This spring thus far Batch has visited Pitt, Toledo, Miami Ohio, Villanova, Fordham, Youngstown State, Kent State, and Syracuse. When it comes to Daniel’s offers this spring, he has picked them up from Maine, Stony Brook, and RMU. Look out for Batch this coming season. The 2025 prospect is looking to have his biggest season yet during his senior campaign.
I like that schools are starting to pull the trigger on Van Hellmann Van Hellmann ATH Upper St. Clair | 2025 State PA . The 2025 prospect has picked up a couple of offers this spring. He’s also received lots of interest from other schools. Brown, Temple, and Buffalo all invited Hellmann to visit during Spring Ball. Van also received a personal camp invite from Kent State. Back on 3/18 Army West Point pulled the trigger and offered Hellmann. Then on 4/4, he picked up his second offer from Navy. If Hellmann gets on campus at some of these schools I believe more might pull the trigger on the rising senior!
Here is an exciting 2027 prospect that is starting to burst onto the recruiting scene. I want to mention first that the freshman prospect received his first offer back on 10/27 from UNLV. Jance Henry Jr out of Central Valley is slowly but surely becoming “National Recruit” status. Back on 3/10 Miami Ohio offered the 2027 prospect. Then on 4/6, he took a trip out to Wisconsin to visit the Badgers. He picked up on an offer from the Badgers when on campus. Henry Jr later visited Syracuse on 4/13 where he picked up another P5 offer. I’m excited to see Jance continue to ball out during his sophomore campaign. He’s only going to continue getting better.
