2023-24 PrepRedzoneIL Underclassmen All-State Team: Offense

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Everybody and their mama has a postseason All-State team, but where's the love for the underclassmen? Performing, competing, and succeeding against 16, 17, and 18-year-olds as a sophomore or freshman is almost as impressive as it is challenging to accomplish, and the achievement of underclassmen balling out at the varsity level deserves a ton more attention. Well, <em>PrepRedzoneIL </em>is here to give you the most comprehensive, current, and accurate 2023 Illinois Underclassmen All-State Team, starting with offense. On-field production, competition level, dynamic ability, and obviously age were the big considerations when crafting this talent-ridden <em>PRzIL</em> feature, which took days of research and film review, and holy cow is this an impressive offensive conglomerate. These QBs, RBs, WRs, OL, TEs, and FBs/HBs are all coming off excellent 2023 seasons.
