The 2024 Rankings have been updated for the final time of their cycle and nearly 300 new names have been added! There are now almost 400 names in our 2024 Rankings with PRZ WV ranking every senior prospect that had film on their HUDL to evaluate. The Top 100 saw quite the shake-up since our last update in the preseason and 19 new athletes have risen to the top! Here are the athletes who have entered our Top 100 in the 2024 class.

#20 [player_tooltip player_id='907231' first='Demonte' last='Martin'] - Hedgesville WR

Hedgesville WR [player_tooltip player_id='907231' first='Demonte' last='Martin'] enters our 2024 Rankings as the #20 overall player and the #4 ranked receiver in the 2024 class. Martin is a special case and was originally ranked in our 2025 rankings before the season but was unexpectedly reclassified by the state to the 2024 class. Unfortunately, that threw a wrench in his college and development plans but the 6'3 185 Martin still has a very high ceiling and is still thought very highly of by PRZ WV. Martin is a D1 level prospect who may have an extra step in his journey before he reaches that level but even with a new path, he should still be able to get there in the future.

#27 [player_tooltip player_id='920513' first='Malik' last='McNeely'] - Huntington WR

Another new WR to the 2024 Top 100 is Huntington's [player_tooltip player_id='920513' first='Malik' last='McNeely'] who has seen his stock really rise in his senior season. McNeely will sign with D1 VMI (VA) tomorrow during the early signing period and had a very productive senior season for the Highlanders. He stepped up in a big way when fellow star receiver Duane Harris went down late in the season with an injury and totaled over 500 receiving yards and 9 touchdowns this year. McNeely is a big and athletic receiver at 6'3 195 and it's no wonder why a D1 program will be getting his signature on Signing Day.

#43 [player_tooltip player_id='891262' first='Caleb' last='Kuhl'] - Winfield DL

A defensive lineman who really saw his stock rise this season is Winfield's [player_tooltip player_id='891262' first='Caleb' last='Kuhl'] who jumps all the way up to #43 overall and the #8 ranked DL in the 2024 class. Kuhl had a huge senior season for the Generals posting over 133 tackles, 11 TFLs, and 10 sacks. He has good size for a defensive end prospect at 6'2 230 who could still easily get in that 250-pound range and really take his game to an even higher level. Kuhl was a PRZ WV Class AA First Team All-State selection this season and one of the highest stock risers overall in the 2024 class.

#44 [player_tooltip player_id='370292' first='Eli' last='Tucker'] - Wheeling Central Catholic K/P

A specialist that jumped into our 2024 Top 100 is Wheeling Central Catholic kicker [player_tooltip player_id='370292' first='Eli' last='Tucker'] who comes in at #44 overall and our #3 ranked kicker. Tucker battled back from a broken kicking leg before the season and all he did was come out and be perfect on all of his PATs and field goals. He hit on 31/31 PATs along with 4/4 field goals and posted a 59% touchback rate with 10 total. Tucker is a quality overall athlete outside of just the kicking game and has earned some D2 offers so far this year. I think he has the ability and talent to kick at the D1 level but Tucker is a no doubt scholarship level specialist at the very least.

#48 [player_tooltip player_id='911405' first='Elijah' last='Waller'] - Woodrow Wilson DB

[player_tooltip player_id='911405' first='Elijah' last='Waller'] out of Woodrow Wilson had a really fun senior highlight tape and he propels all the way into the Top 50 of our 2024 Rankings at #48 overall and the #4 ranked DB. Waller is more of an ATH in high school but I think his potential as a defensive back at the next level is extremely high. He's very athletic and can play any of the secondary spots on defense along with being a very good kick returner and receiver. He should be a no-doubt D2 prospect and a steal for any college program.

#59 [player_tooltip player_id='1022663' first='Anthony' last='Williams'] - Spring Mills OL/DL

Spring Mills big man [player_tooltip player_id='1022663' first='Anthony' last='Williams'] really burst onto the scene for his senior year for the Cardinals and has seen his stock skyrocket. Williams just earned PRZ WV Class AAA Second Team All-State as a defensive lineman but his offensive line film was also very good. Ultimately, we ranked him as a defensive lineman, and at 6'4 265 he has a very bright future at that position. It wouldn't surprise me if he played offense in college but Williams showed great power and ferocity on both sides of the line this season. He has a nasty streak in his game and is a very physical athlete. Williams is also quite athletic for his size and can really move when he pulls on offense and runs ball carriers down on defense. He's an exciting late bloomer that colleges need to be checking in on.

#60 [player_tooltip player_id='950989' first='Nathan' last='Miller'] - North Marion OL

Another big man that really stood out this season is 6'4 300 North Marion offensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='950989' first='Nathan' last='Miller']. Miller helped pave the way to the state championship game for the Huskies and anchored their offensive line at left guard. Obviously, he has prototypical guard size but Miller isn't just big and can really play. He's dominant at the point of attack and moves his feet well. Miller is a very good run blocker which helped fellow senior [player_tooltip player_id='866532' first='Aaron' last='Hoffman'] rush for over 1,600 yards this season. He plays with good leverage and has good bend for an athlete his size. Miller picked up a D2 offer from Glenville State and I expect that number to increase by February.

#69 [player_tooltip player_id='926948' first='Malaki' last='Sheppard'] - Mingo Central DB

Mingo Central DB [player_tooltip player_id='926948' first='Malaki' last='Sheppard'] enters our final 2024 Rankings at #69 overall and the #6 ranked defensive back in the class. Sheppard is a very long safety prospect at 6'3 185 who is very good when he's playing in the box. I think box safety is where he best translates at the next level and he may even have the potential to grow into more of a linebacker one day. Sheppard is also a quality receiver for the Miners but I really liked his film at safety. He's an aggressive and physical tackler who performs well in the open field making tackles in space. Sheppard also showed the willingness to support in run defense between the tackles and isn't afraid to get involved among the traffic. He lined up as more of a linebacker quite a bit this season and if he can add the weight needed to play that position his ceiling is very high.

#74 [player_tooltip player_id='1106780' first='Desmond' last='Mack'] - Oak Hill OL

Pay no attention to Oak Hill offensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='1106780' first='Desmond' last='Mack']'s listed HUDL height and weight of 6'1 280. I'm not sure when the last time this big man measured in at those numbers but he's now 6'5 and at least 295 pounds. He's still a pretty raw prospect but at that size with some of his other intangibles, Mack has a very high ceiling at the next level. His feet or athleticism aren't elite, but he certainly has enough to play at the D2 level in college. He's a big ball of clay that you can eventually mold into a high-level offensive lineman at the next level. I could even see him sliding inside as a big guard and really coming into his own there. The potential and upside are there to warrant ranking him as a Top 75 prospect in WV in the 2024 class and the #12 ranked offensive lineman.

#77 [player_tooltip player_id='892319' first='Camryn' last='Veazey'] - Huntington LB

Huntington linebacker [player_tooltip player_id='892319' first='Camryn' last='Veazey'] was also someone who was a very intriguing athlete but a bit of an LB/S tweener that you wonder where he'll play at the next level. He has good height at 6'1 but is still a bit slight to play linebacker in college at 175 pounds. From watching his highlights you can see the athleticism jump off of the screen but with no coverage highlights it's tough to tell if he can slide back to safety at the next level. He seems to love getting downhill at the snap so if he can bulk up a good bit I could see him being a very good OLB or Edge defender in college. His intrigue bumped him up to #77 overall in our 2024 Rankings and the #8 LB spot.

#81 [player_tooltip player_id='892320' first='Derrick' last='Hypes'] - Independence LB

Another linebacker that jumped into our Top 100 is Independence's [player_tooltip player_id='892320' first='Derrick' last='Hypes'] who had a big senior season for the Patriots in 2023. The question with Hypes was could he bounce back from an ACL injury in last year's state championship game and continue to get bigger? Well, he answered those questions right away as he fully recovered from his injury and came in at 6'2 215 this year. He totaled 163 tackles and 23 TFLs this season to go with 6 sacks and was a PRZ WV Class AA First Team All-State selection. If he were just a bit more athletic he'd really be at the top of our rankings but Hypes comes in at #81 overall and the #9 ranked linebacker in the 2024 class.

#88 [player_tooltip player_id='823812' first='Maddox' last='Perine'] - Lincoln TE

Lincoln athlete [player_tooltip player_id='823812' first='Maddox' last='Perine'] was always very intriguing but was one of those WR/TE tweeners that made you wonder if he could get big enough to play TE in college. Perine is now listed at 6'2 220 and showed on film that he has the blocking capabilities to pair with his playmaking and receiving abilities to be a TE at the next level. The added size and another quality season on the football field have garnered him some D2 interest and he received offers from D2 WV Wesleyan and Glenville State. He'll likely be more of an H-Back or big Slot receiver in college but the talent and potential warranted a Top 100 ranking for the 2024 class at #88 overall and the #2 ranked TE in the class.

#90 [player_tooltip player_id='899301' first='Dimario' last='White'] - John Marshall WR

John Marshall WR [player_tooltip player_id='899301' first='Dimario' last='White'] has really blown up on the recruiting trail this year and has to be approaching double-digit offers. The 5'9 165 slot receiver is a dynamic athlete with track speed and showed some twitch on film. White has also been a quality defensive back for the Monarchs during his time there but he's very good with the ball in his hands which is what earned him the #90 overall spot in the 2024 Rankings and #16 ranked WR in the class.

#91 [player_tooltip player_id='891264' first='Beau' last='Ford'] - Bridgeport DL

The only thing keeping Bridgeport defensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='891264' first='Beau' last='Ford'] from climbing even higher in the 2024 Rankings is size because his play on the field is dominant at times. I just got to see him in person at the Winter Exposure Showcase where he earned one of the DL Camp MVP awards and he was also named the Big-10 Conference Lineman of the Year. At 6'0 245 he doesn't have that elite length that you'd like to see on the end but Ford makes up for it with his tenacity and physicality. Ford has a very high motor that doesn't stop and he has the drive and determination to make it to the next level. I'm hoping a D2 program takes a chance on him because he can play at that level and will prove to be a steal in college. Ford comes in at #91 overall and is the #15 ranked defensive lineman in the class.

#92 [player_tooltip player_id='896171' first='RJ' last='Jones'] - Chapmanville OL

Another very intriguing offensive lineman with high upside and potential is Chapmanville's [player_tooltip player_id='896171' first='RJ' last='Jones']. Jones measures in at 6'3 330 and actually plays tackle for the Tigers but his future will be on the inside in college. It wouldn't surprise me if he played nose in college either but from the film that is available of him his play on the offensive line is very good at times. Jones seems like he's under the radar right now and is quiet on Twitter but he's a no doubt scholarship-graded prospect who should sign with a D2 program in February.

#95 [player_tooltip player_id='938593' first='K-Juan' last='Pearson'] - Winfield RB

[player_tooltip player_id='938593' first='K-Juan' last='Pearson'] had a very good year for Winfield and is the second General to enter our Top 100 for the 2024 class. Pearson comes in at #95 overall and the #9 ranked running back in the class. He's a home run hitter in their tricky run-heavy offense and earned WVSWA Second Team All-State for his play this season. Pearson is more of a one cut and go running back who likes to get north and south as quickly as possible. For not being a very big running back, he can also break and slip through tackles who can take it the distance if he gets to the sideline.

#97 [player_tooltip player_id='865474' first='Jackson' last='Danielson'] - River View ATH

Class A gets some love with QB/ATH [player_tooltip player_id='865474' first='Jackson' last='Danielson'] out of River View coming in at #97 overall and the #10 ranked ATH in the 2024 class. Jackson is QB1 for River View and had over 1,500 yards of total offense and 25 touchdowns this season for the Raiders. I think he's rated best as an ATH who could play a number of positions in college but I could see a small college letting him play quarterback if that's really what he wants to play at the next level. If he's willing to give up his quarterback play I think he's a no-doubt D2 prospect who could bulk up and play TE or linebacker in college. Danielson is a very long athlete at 6'4 180 who had some really nice film at linebacker from this season along with being QB1. He's a very quality athlete who if you're a college you take and figure out later where he'll play.

#99 [player_tooltip player_id='938189' first='Anthony' last='Belcher'] - Poca OL/DL

Unfortunately for football fans, Poca lineman [player_tooltip player_id='938189' first='Anthony' last='Belcher'] will be taking his talents to D2 WV State for Track & Field as a thrower but his talent on the football field should also be noted. The 6'2 295 big man has been a mainstay on both sides of the line for the Dots and could've been ranked as an offensive or defensive lineman. Belcher's play at center was very good on film but we ultimately decided to rank him as a defensive lineman. He's a very physical and strong athlete who loves to show just how much stronger and more powerful he is than that guy across from him. You can tell from his throwing training how strong his upper body is and that is apparent when he's driving back opposing players on both sides of the ball. Maybe Coach Pennington at WVSU can talk him into playing some football too for the Yellow Jackets but if not it was a pleasure to watch Belcher play football in high school.

#100 [player_tooltip player_id='884186' first='Seth' last='Drvar'] - University OL

Rounding out our Top 100 in the final 2024 Rankings update is University offensive lineman [player_tooltip player_id='884186' first='Seth' last='Drvar'] who has been a personal favorite all season. I was thrilled when he picked up his first D2 offer from Glenville State and have been saying all year that his play on the field warranted some D2 attention. The only that kept colleges hesitant was his size but his play on the field is as fun as you're going to see if you appreciate watching linemen. I just got to see him at the Winter Exposure Showcase where he was named one of the OL Camp MVPs and to no surprise he dominated there just as he's done on the football field. Drvar is very technically sound with a really nasty streak and a bully on the field. With his size, he's able to play with great leverage and his highlight tape is filled with pancakes and knockdowns. He's going to make a college program very happy when they get his NLI signature in February.

Check out the full 2024 Rankings Here
