Over the summer we described Kuhl as “tenacious” and I think that is still the perfect word to desceirve the 6-foot-2, 225-pound defensive lineman. He’s a high-poitenital defenisve end out of Winfield who has quality athleteicism, a very good first step and is highly physical. He’s already dominant and as he continues to grow and add more size to that 6-foot-2 frame, he’s going to be a menace to opposing ofensive lineman and be a nightmare to try and stop.

is a very tenacious defensive lineman for the Generals that is really fun to watch. If you can put 30 more pounds on him the ceiling is extremely high. Kuhl is a little slight right now for a defensive lineman but I love the way he plays the game of football. He tees off on offensive lineman and goes full-speed from snap to whistle. Kuhl is very quick off the ball and penetrates very consistently. He’s also very physical and always fighting off blockers and doing everything he can to get to the ball. I was very impressed with his work on special teams and Kuhl blocked several punts last season. Winfield also uses him on the offensive line and you can tell he just loves the physicality of football. I love his energy and effort and he will be a steal for whichever college gets him. Kuhl was a Class AA Honorable Mention All-State performer in 2022 and ranks as our #17 defensive lineman in the 2024 class.
