No. 1 - No.5

No.6 - No.10

No.11 - No.20

No.21 OL [player_tooltip player_id='284123' first='Brian' last='Moore'] | Imhotep Charter | 6-foot-3, 260-pounds

Very good size already for a 2026 prospect and shows quality athleticism as well. Shows a powerful upper body as well as good lower body strength as well. Fundamental are solid as well. Projects very well to a Power Five offensive lineman.

No.22 ATH [player_tooltip player_id='304155' first='Samir' last='Crosby'] | Greensburg Central Catholic | 5-foot-10, 150-pounds

Very good athlete that does a little bit of everything for Greensburg Central Catholic. Obviously will need to add more weight but as a 2026 prospect, we're not concerned about that on any level right now. From an on-the-field aspect, he shows very good speed and athleticism, and strong vision as a ball carrier as well. Was a very good wide receiver for Greensburg Central Catholic as a freshman. Recorded 27 receptions for 464 yards and five touchdowns. Power Five upside with an offer from UNLV already. The great upside here thanks to his frame, strong hands, and athleticism.

No.23 ATH [player_tooltip player_id='646687' first='John-Patrick' last='Oates'] | LaSalle College | 6-foot-3, 190-pounds

I personally haven't been able to see a ton of Oates so I unfortunately won't be able to offer much. But what I've been told here is that Oates is a plus athlete with good vision and athleticism. Tough to bring down the ball carrier. At 6-foot-3, he's already got great size and has a chance to be an elite-sized wide receiver at the next level if he continues to grow.

No.24 ATH [player_tooltip player_id='388160' first='Da'Ron' last='Barksdale'] | Steel Valley | 5-foot-11, 175-pounds

Barksdale has already great size and his speed is top-notch as well. His freshman tape is also one of the better ones in the entire class so far. He's got a real chance to rise quite a bit up our rankings over the next several years.

No.25 DB [player_tooltip player_id='646688' first='Daron' last='Harris'] | Chester | 6-foot-0

In a post last month, here's what our own [player_tooltip player_id='1156407' first='Vic' last='Castillo'] had to say about Harris;

"I project elite athlete [player_tooltip player_id='646688' first='Daron' last='Harris'] will wow coaches in camp settings this Summer. I feel more confident in that evaluation than any other on this list. We can debate whether Harris should be recruited at DB, or WR, that's not a concern for me this early on. I know coaches are wanting to see what kind of athlete [player_tooltip player_id='646688' first='Daron' last='Harris'] is, luckily, I've been able to see him work in person on multiple occasions. I can vouch for the overt athleticism this kid possesses. You can expect Harris to provide the flare, the ohs-and-ahs at camps this Summer. Don't be surprised to hear his name all summer long."

No.26 OL [player_tooltip player_id='646689' first='Zakee' last='Wiggins'] | Northeast | 6-foot-2, 270-pounds

Don't mind Wiggins being slightly undersized height-wise, he should gain a much-needed extra inch or two over the next few years. The fundamentals are there for Wiggins, the quick feet are there and so is his lower body strength. He showed the ability to be a wrecking ball in the middle of the offensive line for Northeast as a freshman.

No.27 WR [player_tooltip player_id='402476' first='Yalik' last='Carter'] | Eagles Landing* | 6-foot-0, 175-pounds

Carter isn't technically in Pennsylvania just yet, hence the asterisk but will be before the start of next season. A good-sized wide receiver who already has an offer from Boston College. Showed the ability to produce against great talent down in Georgia.

No.28 QB [player_tooltip player_id='284126' first='Gavin' last='Sidwar'] | LaSalle College | 6-foot-3, 170-pounds

Sidwar is a quarterback prospect who is probably going to vault his way up by quite a bit next rankings update. He's having a great 7-on-7 season to build off a very good freshman season for LaSalle. He shows an accurate and strong arm with the ability to thread the needle. Also has elite size already.

No.29 QB [player_tooltip player_id='402456' first='Matt' last='Sieg'] | Fort Cherry |

The do-it-all quarterback for Fort Cherry is one of my favorite prospects in the entire 2026 recruiting class. He's a top-end athlete who also plays baseball where you can find him in center field or short step - where you usually put your best athletes at the high school level. The dual-threat quarterback showed quality accuracy (57.3%) last season as well as the speed and athleticism to get it done on the ground.

No.30 ATH [player_tooltip player_id='402438' first='Colsen' last='Gatten'] | Pittsburgh Central Catholic | 6-foot-1, 170-pounds

Good athlete who showed potential at both tight-end and linebacker. High football IQ and quick read-and-reaction skills. Projects right now to be

a linebacker at the next level.
