Keep in mind these are prospects who are currently freshman in high school, so they have three more years of Varsity Football. Starting with the Tri-County Conference. This conference features powerhouse programs like Pittsburgh Central Catholic, North Alleghany, and Mt. Lebanon. It also includes Seneca Valley, and Canon-McMillan as well. This is part 1.
Highlights
Colsen Gatten Pittsburgh Central Catholic. Gatten played linebacker and tight end for Pittsburgh Central Catholic. In limited film, Gatten flashed as an athlete. At tight end, he showed the ability to catch the ball well and run good routes. He also showed the ability to block downfield. At linebacker, he flashes the skills needed to make plays all over the field. He is a good tackler, especially in the open field. He reads and reacts to plays very well and uses his speed to run sideline to sideline. Gasten should only get better with more experience.
Highlights
Ashton Blatt Ashton Blatt 6'4" | 215 lbs | LB Pittsburgh Central Catholic | 2026 State PA Pittsburgh Central Catholic. Blatt has limited film, so this is more of a projection for him going forward. At Quarterback he showed a good ability to throw the ball. He has a good arm and throws with good touch. Blatt also has good size standing 6’4″. Blatt showed that he is a good athlete as well, that could play other positions on the field. I am looking forward to seeing his progress next year at quarterback or other positions.
Highlights
Adam Gehm Adam Gehm 6'6" | 235 lbs | TE Seneca Valley | 2026 State PA Seneca Valley. Gehm played wide receiver for Seneca Valley last year. He has great size standing 6’5″ inches tall. Gehm flashes as a big target that makes difficult catches. Several times on film Seneca Valley threw the ball in his direction in tight coverage and he came down with the catch. He has good body control with running routes and then catching the ball. He runs good routes and that area should only improve as well. Gehm has a lot of potential and I cannot wait to watch the film going forward.
Maceo Watkins Jr. Maceo Watkins Jr. 6'1" | 170 lbs | DB Pittsburgh Central Catholic | 2026 State PA Pittsburgh Central Catholic. Watkins played defensive back for Pittsburgh Central Catholic last year. His firm is from Junior Varsity. At cornerback, he showed good coverage skills and does a nice job making plays on the ball. He does a nice job coming up and making tackles in the open field. When the ball is in the air Watkins does a good job making a play on the ball. Watkins should have a chance to get even better going forward.
Pat Smith Pat Smith 6'2" | 205 lbs | ATH Mt. Lebanon | 2026 State PA Mt. Lebanon. Pat Smith Pat Smith 6'2" | 205 lbs | ATH Mt. Lebanon | 2026 State PA played quarterback last year on Mt. Lebanon’s Junior Varsity team. He also got some varsity time at quarterback as well. He is a good athlete that can run with the ball very well, especially on designed QB run plays. He throws well on the run, so when he sprints out he excels. He has good footwork in the pocket and does a nice job setting his feet to throw the ball. He also played outside linebacker and showed a good ability to make plays from his linebacker position. Smith is an intriguing athlete that I am looking forward to seeing his progress.
