By the time it’s all said and done, Perkins could be one of the best ATH’s in America. He is a must watch player this offseason as there’s a real chance he can become a household name. Perkins was a beast at wide receiver for Canarsie during the fall. His run after catch ability showed how dangerous he is with the ball in his hands. We have to remember that Perkins was a solid QB when he was a freshman. I could see him playing both spots during showcases and camps. He has the ability to be dangerous from anywhere on offense when he has the ball in his hands. The footwork that Perkins has is elite and can allow him to play defensive back as well. Power five schools will continue to offer Perkins.

He is one of the most exciting dual threat quarterbacks on Long Island. Outlaw brings a special type of arm talent. He has a cannon and can place the ball really well. His bread and butter is extending plays. Outlaw can get out of the pocket and make some incredible throws after avoiding tacklers. When he takes off and carries the ball, it’s very entertaining. He is a slippery runner with great change of direction. He cuts swiftly and is able to use his speed to break away big runs. Outlaw did all of this against really tough pass pressure throughout the year. During camps I’m expecting him to be one of the smoothest QB’s from Long Island

In one of the best passing leagues in the northeast, Terron Johnson Terron Johnson 5’11” | 170 lbs | DB Iona Prep | 2025 State NY has been an excellent cornerback the past two seasons. It’s crazy to think he was just a sophomore this past year but he was one of the anchors of the Gales defense. Johnson is a big game player. In back to back seasons he had key interceptions to help Iona Prep advance to the championship game two years in a row. At 5’11, Johnson wasn’t afraid to get physical with bigger receivers. He got much strongher from his freshman year to sophomore year and that’s a theme that will continue in his career. He was great in man coverage while taking on the most difficult schedule in New York. This off season you’ll see why he’s one of the best cornerbacks in man coverage, he has a great opportunity to make a name for himself.

Treyvon Holland
Treyvon Holland
Bellport was known for their superstar senior class, but sophomore Treyvon Holland put himself on the map. He was one of the most versatile players in Suffolk county. At 6’0 and 245 pounds,, he was able to play linebacker, both sides of the line and impact the game on special teams. In a run heavy conference, the Clippers loved having him at middle linebacker to be a great run stopper. Holland laid the wood and was able to force turnovers throughout the year. On the defensive line, his speed and strength gave offensive lineman trouble. He blew by players and was able to come away with tackles. Despite all the talent Bellport had, Holland always stuck out because of his effort plays. Big hits on kickoffs, a threat to block punts, chasing down players from behind and always playing to the whistle. Holland is a fearless player who will lead a terrific Bellport program in 2023
During Belin’s sophomore year, he showed that he was one of the strongest players in New York for the class of 2025. His size at 6’2 275 pounds already helps him tremendously. Even going against offensive lineman the same size or bigger, he seamlessly bull rushed through them. Belin was either able to run over lineman or slip through multiple players due to his explosiveness. What made him so effective was his ability to bring down the ball carrier. When he got into the backfield, there was nowhere for the quarterback or running back to go. This spring and summer he is going to give offensive lineman trouble. Offensive lineman on the slower end won’t be able to keep with Belin’s athleticism.

Like every skill player at Chaminade, Dietrich was on junior varsity as a sophomore. But the Catholic League JV is an elite division. Plenty of incredible 2025 and 2026 prospects were in that league and Dietrech was one of the top players across the board. He led the Flyers to a AAA title appearance as he dominated at receiver. He was great in the slot and when he caught a pass he was tough to bring down. Dietrich’s athleticism has to be noted as well. He was able to go up and get jump balls all season long. He has terrific hands and that was a big reason why he came up with those interceptions at defensive back. I expect him to mainly play wide receiver but in the fall he will be impactful wherever the Flyers put him.

During his sophomore campaign, Parker had a huge impact for this Redman offense. Just as a sophomore he showed that he has solid strength to him. His ability to stiff arm defenders and earn yards after contact constantly was impressive. He loved lowering the shoulder and during his next two years, he’ll be one of the strongest backs in Suffolk County. One of things that stood out in his game was the patience factor. He took his time and used his vision to burst through holes and pull off important runs to keep the chains moving. Throughout the season, his ability as a receiver took off. He was a nightmare on deep routes against linebacker. He’s a player who will stick out this summer.
