The number 2 quarterback on Long Island and the 5th in the state is the West Babylon native. Outlaw was one of the most entertaining players last year. And he did it in a difficult Suffolk County Division 2 against some great defenses. He had 16 touchdowns through the air and added 16 more on the ground. He’s the ultimate playmaker and helped his team exceed expectations last year. He will be the top overall player in all of Conference Two on Long Island.

One of the top players in all of Suffolk County from this past season. Outlaw elevated a West Babylon team past expectations and went to the county semifinals. He is a silky dual threat quarterback with a cannon of an arm. During his junior season, he made some of the most entertaining plays while scrambling and making incredible throws to help his team succeed. His 4.7 speed and great arm talent is a very exciting combination.

A rising junior, Outlaw has the size you want (6’3″ 180lbs) to play quarterback at any level. Right now, the prep standout is emerging out in West Babylon, Long Island. What a quick glance at his film showed me is that he moves very well in the pocket. When given a clean pocket he can deliver an accurate strike. He is a bit more of a runner – both by design and as a scrambler when things break down. He shows glimpses of shiftiness in his hips throughout his tape as well.

This game for West Babylon was a “prove it” game against a very talented Northport team and the Eagles thrived. A huge reason for their success is what Outlaw did at quarterback. He had two passing touchdowns and three rushing touchdowns in the big win. Outlaw made a play that reminded me of prime Johnny Manziel. Outlaw was scrambling and running backwards before ultimately avoiding defenders and making an unreal throw on the run for a touchdown. That play was the number 1 play on the Varsity Media top 10 plays of the week. Outlaw’s running ability in short yardage situations were also impressive. Outlaw showed off an incredible spin move for one of his TD’s. He runs smart knowing when to go out of bounds but also will lower the shoulder effectively to get into the end zone or for a first down. The strong arm QB aired it out a ton downfield including an unbelievable 47 yard pass on the run for a huge completion. Outlaw proved that he is a “big game” player last week.

One of the best pure athletes on Long Island. Outlaw dominated in both the football and baseball season this past year and he truly has an incredible arm. Outlaw can sling it and he also has a beautiful touch on his passes. One of the best parts of his game is his running ability. He makes people miss in the open field a ton. Outlaw has started since his freshman year and he’s one of the top 2025 QB’s on the island. He’ll be fun to watch during this quarterback challenge.

He might not play for a big powerhouse high school, but Outlaw showed he belongs in the conversation with some of the best 2025 quarterbacks in the state. The all star baseball player showed that his arm talent is incredible. He could absolutely sling it as he had some great spots on some excellent deep balls. Outlaw also made some tough throws in tight windows all afternoon.

He is one of the most exciting dual threat quarterbacks on Long Island. Outlaw brings a special type of arm talent. He has a cannon and can place the ball really well. His bread and butter is extending plays. Outlaw can get out of the pocket and make some incredible throws after avoiding tacklers. When he takes off and carries the ball, it’s very entertaining. He is a slippery runner with great change of direction. He cuts swiftly and is able to use his speed to break away big runs. Outlaw did all of this against really tough pass pressure throughout the year. During camps I’m expecting him to be one of the smoothest QB’s from Long Island
