Anchoring the right side of the line for a 1,400 yard rusher and 2,800, when you watch Luke Hamilton Luke Hamilton 6’6″ | 290 lbs | OL Avon | 2024 State OH play it’s no wonder the University of Michigan was high on him in his junior season. Able to play guard and tackle, Hamilton plays with a ferocity on every snap that is unmatched on the field. Playing to the whistle, Hamilton’s job isn’t finished until a defender is driven into the ground. Power is the first thing you notice about Hamilton’s game, with long arms and the strength to extend them on defensive linemen and linebackers, he meets opponents at the line of scrimmage and begins churning his legs forward. Keeping good form and his feet moving, Hamilton moves well upfield as run plays often develop to the next level. Committing to the Wolverines this offseason, schools across the country will still work at Hamilton as he is one of Ohio’s top recruits.
Possessing size that is already suited for Saturdays, Ben Roebuck Ben Roebuck 6’7″ | 320 lbs | OL Saint Edward | 2024 State OH is a battle-tested tackle that already looks the part and performs at an elite level. Earning a second state championship this past season, Roebuck competes at the highest level Ohio high school football has to offer and still impresses. Standing at 6’7 and 290 pounds, Roebuck has great lateral movement to seal edges and create bigger gaps for his running backs. Reading the defense and keeping his head up while initiating blocks at the first or second level makes Roebuck a threat to linebackers as well as quick edge rushers. When working in the second level, Roebuck doesn’t let smaller, more agile defensive back slip out of blocks to make plays. With a litany of DI offers from the SEC to the Big Ten, Roebuck will have plenty of options for the school that gives him the best chance to succeed.

Anchoring the left side of the offensive line, Tommy Ricard Tommy Ricard 6’4″ | 265 lbs | OL Hudson | 2024 State OH keeps his feet moving every play and churns up defenders within his reach. Doing the little things every linemen coach preaches, Ricard is rarely caught flat footed and barrels his way into defenders. One of the best in the state at not giving up ground, Ricard has a number of Big Ten programs offering the 6’3 senior to be. Perhaps his best weapon is his quick first step that gets him locked into defenders and his feet don’t stop moving until the job is done. Primarily playing at the tackle position, Ricard has the knowledge and quickness to play in the interior line if needed.
Using the most of his his 6’7 frame, Deontae Armstrong Deontae Armstrong 6’7″ | 255 lbs | OL Saint Edward | 2024 State OH is one of the biggest risers from the start of last season. Getting a season at left tackle under his belt, Armstrong is combination of strength and finesse that make him a lockdown tackle that doesn’t let up. Not just relying on his size to do the talking, Armstrong can neutralize even the most athletic defenders. Earning plenting of praise and offers from the biggest programs in the country, Armstrong’s stock has plenty of room to grow in his final high school season.

The only player in the top five who spent last season playing as a guard, Devontae Armstrong Devontae Armstrong 6’5″ | 270 lbs | OL Saint Edward | 2024 State OH is an agile and quick interior lineman that packs a punch. Able to handle bulky defensive linemen and linebackers alike, Armstrong’s skillset is ever evolving with a focus on technique. Able to pull and keep his head low while loading up for a block, his hips turn quickly up field to engage defenders and once he locks in they are just along for the ride. Armstrong never takes a play off and shows a high football IQ when moving in the open field to the next man. At 6’6 and 288 pounds, Armstrong has the athleticism and skill to play anywhere on the line, but his quickness makes him a high-impact guard with all the potential possible at the DI level. Gaining similar attention as his brother Deontae, both of their work ethics will bring them to a national championship caliber program.
