Kendrick Donald
Kendrick Donald is a stud! He came to the showcase ready to compete. Even though he’s undersize, he have so much to his game that makes up for his height. He has very good change of direction skills with a collection of quick instinctive pass rush moves. Has a superb spin move and a quick first step. He also has a coordinated quick-twitch with a lightning-quick first step and natural explosion. From his performance over the weekend he earned the DL MVP award.
Mason Ball is a nicely proportioned athlete with good size and excellent quickness for the position. He has loose and fluid hips with very good lateral movement and excellent speed for the position. He displayed quick hands enable him to disengage blocks quickly.
Highlights
Micah Daniels had an impressive day at the showcase camp. He’s naturally an explosive player with decent get-off speed. He displayed balanced through contact. Surprising initial quickness off the snap. Relies mostly on a simple bull rush at this point, which is quite effective in collapsing the pocket. Rarely goes to the ground, showing good balance.
Class of 2025 Garret Hagan has the ideal size for an DL standing 6-foot-3 and 240 lbs. He is tall and lean with room to grow. He’s extremely physical at the point of attack and had nice loose hips give him great lateral ability. During 1 on 1 drills, he performed full speed reps at all times with an active motor and determined quickness in getting to the QB.
