Already possessing great size, including the weight to go with his height, Paylor isn’t easy to sack. His lower body strength is an asset and when he steps into his throws the ball jumps out of his hands. Paylor got some run on varsity last season, and the film tells the story of an exciting young prospect with a high ceiling, one who could move up our rankings as we move forward.

We got to see Paylor up close and personal this past January at the Prep RedZone Next middle school camp in South Carolina. Fittingly enough, the gunslinger walked away with Top Performer honors at the camp. By all accounts he was clearly dialed in and played with great rhythm. PRZ Next Scout Ed Brooks said, “ [Zaiden] displayed good arm strength on short and medium range throws. He displayed good ball velocity and accuracy on throws on target to receivers.”
